The site is updated at the same time the world over, it's just that every country has different times because the sun is in a different place relative to where they are on the planet.

When it's 12 AM in Hongkong, it's 12 PM in Bolivia, because the Sun is on the other side of the planet, this is just how it works by nature of the Earth being round.

It's still too early to judge, but we know his landing lag being reduced is helpful. People haven't played the game enough to get a solid answer on how good he is compared to everyone else.

Hold up English Roy??!! He sounds great! Glad to hear Ray Chase in Ultimate, it seems he did a pretty good job, the grunts are like the Japanese counter part but with his own voice, it's pretty fantastic.

As for Roy, I've been hearing pros talking about him at it seems he's pretty good, very low landing lag, really fast, with lots of simple combos at low percent, and thanks to the run canceling, he has great punish game and kill potential with his powerful smashes. It's funny because I thought he would be bad, specially compared to Chrom, but apparently Chrom is the bad one due to a stupidly bad recovery while Roy might be one of the best swordsmans.

Can't wait for the game to come out, ugh.
