Fire Emblem talk? Okay, count me in.

As you can tell by my profile pic, I was recently playing FE12. I got up to around the chapter where you make the Starsphere, but I decided to restart since Kris was my only good unit. He was a Level 15 Hero with max capped Strength, Skill, and Speed stats, and a very high Luck stat. He basically was doing all the work, since he could double just about anyone and was doing 20+ damage on enemies with an Iron Axe alone. Even Wvyerns and Dragons, who are supposed to be tougher enemies than regular human units, still got killed one turn. Granted, it was only Normal difficulty, but I played the first few chapters of Lunatic, and he still doubles enemies.

And as for the part about removing Robin's weapon durability mechanic, I personally disagree. He should keep them. Instead of spamming tomes and the Levin Sword all willy nilly, you should be mindful of your weapon usage so that it doesn't break during crucial moments. That's part of what being a tactician is all about—being careful and planning ahead. Besides, the rest of the FE cast all have legendary weapons that was blessed by a deity of some sort— Marth's, Chrom's, and Lucina's Falchion, Ike's Ragnell, and Corrin's Omega Yato—all of which are unbreakable, with the exception of Roy's Binding Blade. Robin just uses ordinary weapons, so it'd be unnatural if they didn't break. Unless he got his weapons from FE14 where they flat-out removed the weapon durability mechanic in its entirety.

I think the issue for the codecs returning is that the Japanese VA for Colonol Campbell passed away.
Konami gives no ****s who dies and has no honor, they'd bring the money out for someone. I just hope they don't change Luigi's English codec if they bring it back. La li lu le lo, la li lu le lo

After all these years, Chrom has no time for puny gimmicks:

Yeah, I haven't gotten to play FE12 yet since emulation confuses the heck out of me lol, but Kris, from what I've heard, is pretty much the most broken unit in the game. :p

I definitely hope codecs make a return. I need to know what Snake and his colleagues have to say about the purple space dragon commander and the big crocodile pirate scientist king.

I NEED TO KNOW.

I personally wished I had a "reload" option for Robin's items so I can quickly replace important tools like recovery or levin without just spamming them hoping that they don't respawn before my items come back.

But nah, the main issue with Robin isn't the durability, as much of a pain as it is and how he is not strong enough to justify it, it's his speed. Robin moves like a man that drank too much time the post-battle party.

Here's a topic we haven't talked about.

What do you think about Pit Bulls?

Would you have one as a pet?

I'm more of a cat person, but I still love dogs. Pit bulls get a really unfair stigma, and it's sad.

every pit bull i've ever met fall into two categories

complete and utter angel sweetheart, or a nervous wreck of a baby lol

always thought they had a werid apperance but their loving and lovables dogs like little babies, their also quite sensitive and have constant anxiety, add in being a popular breed so their everywhere to those who can't take care of a special needing dog leads to its violent perception :V

but really if ya know what the breed is about their super loving and nice dogs which need attention and personal comfort to avoid geting anxitic and freaking out, which of the two categories ya would get is up to dumb luck though of its personality lol, but ya their nice dogs that have certain needs -3-

I have a Boxer. They're pretty similar, but I don't understand why Pit Bulls get all the flack unlike boxers.

I don't have much experience with pit bulls myself so I can't say much on the matter.

They're doggos, so they're cool.

They're not my favourite breed of them all so if it was a case where I was adopting a dog, I might pick a different breed first. But I'd take one in if I found an abandoned one or something.

Semi-related, but I've been asked to dogsit tomorrow. I'm greatly looking forward to it.

But I'd like to see the math on how either of you can take this girl down.

Got your math right here.

Plugged in my current Nowi.

No supports, no boosts, just her and her kit.

Yes, Not!Marth wrecks M!Grima. But that's what teams are for.

Codecs > Palutena's Guidance.

Palutena's Guidance was light hearted and goofy and had fun references, but something inside me preferred Snake's Codecs.
Given how fanservice seems to be the main theme of Ultimate, we'd very likely get both back.
I really want this to be true.

Late to the party, but as an FE fan, Robin main, and semi-competitive player, I like the durability mechanic.

Mainly because it's rarely intrusive and throwing used books at people is both hilarious and extremely effective.

Fun idea.

Your Smash main gets an OP mechanic/property, but it has to be based on how real life logic would effect them.

For my case, Rosalina's Luma absorbs all fire-based attacks and grows in size from absorbing them. Also deals damage on contact.

Sonic has momentum and his regular jumps deal damage and knockback based on how much momentum you hit the opponent with.
