Hungrybox is injured, MKLeo has chicken pox, and Tweek can't even make it.
Smash is cursed this year.

Competitive Smash is definitely cursed, for sure.

If Smash as a whole were cursed we wouldn't have gotten literally everyone + Ridley, Inklings and Daisy revealed in Ultimate earlier this year.

Ryujinx, a Nintendo Switch Emulator, just made a huge breakthrough. It's finally rendering a fully 3D game to almost perfection.

While the FPS isn't any better and there is a bug causing floor textures to show up black most of the time, the characters aren't garbled monstrosities anymore. You can technically play the game and tell what you are doing, now it's just down to optimising it.

This is really exciting, at this rate, we might see games like Super Mario Odyssey and Xenoblade Chronicles 2 going in-game by the end of the year.
