The female was actually green in the original games I believe. They could be different characters in this game though.

So there's evidence of Nintendo riding the Funko Pop train? I won't be getting any of them because Funkos creep me out with their designs (not even if they make Wario & Waluigi)

But speaking of figurines, I'm still deciding if I'll get all Smash Ultimate amiibo in card form like I did with the 62 3DS/Wii U series. It of course it depends if I can find the right seller and price.

Considering DC is owned by Warner Bros., Disney's biggest corporate rival, that's never gonna happen. It'd be like Sony buying the rights to the X-Box brand.

Funko Pops are pretty hit and miss, but that Pikachu actually looks pretty cute. Just add some shine to the eyes and it will look even better.

If Nintendo jumping on the Funko Pop bandwagon means we could get another Palutena figure, than I'll be (somewhat) happy.

Apparently the rival is called Trace.

Named too close to the worst companion in the Pokemon anime so that's not a good sign.

Also the boy is Chase and the girl is Grace.

Trace doesn't sound like Iris or Sophocles at all.

Also wait a second...isn't Grace the name of the player character's mom in X and Y? And didn't she used to be a Rhyhorn racer? Riding Pokémon exists in Let's Go, and both have brown hair.

...Is this the deepest lore?

Honestly, I'd rank them this way.

Smash 4 < 64 < Ultimate < Melee < Brawl

Brawl's just too ****ing epic and Melee's is associated with what is by far the best opening video for a Smash game.

Ultimate's still great tho.

I really like the Brawl one, but the Ultimate one sounds a little better.

I do not know if it is because I listened to the Brawl one a lot or something like that, but the Ultimate theme remains superior by a little bit.

Where did you hear it because in all clips I've seen its either off camera or direct feed where the sound is drowned by commentary.
