I think this is the most stones I've ever grinded in a gacha game.

And I'm not even done yet.

I just beat the N. Sane Trilogy version of Crash 1 earlier today.
Overall it was pretty fun, if a bit tough.

I actually managed to get all of the gems, but I highly doubt I'm going to attempt to get the relics.

I also had managed to have 99 lives for quite a while. I didn't end off with quite that amount, but still quite a lot.
Which is good, because I want to try and clear/get the gem for Stormy Ascent, and I may very well need all of those lives.

Crash 1 is definitely the hardest but I never felt it was unfair (other than it having a wack difficulty curve) which was my main concern before jumping in. Every mistake, no matter how infuriating, felt like it was my own fault rather than the game's. Even with Stormy Ascent (and I'd still say The High Road was harder for me.)

Crash 2 has a much smoother level curve than the first one so it doesn't feel as hard until the endgame. Crash 3 on the other hand is a step down in difficulty overall, its a much easier game and its way more noticeable if you played the first two back to back.
