He looks pretty generic, but I also didn't get a very good look at him.Gotta say.
The ARMS content was pretty cool. We even got a bit of lore in that direct. What the hell was that final boss though.
Also, Marie? Are you siding with the Octolings?
That's actually Callie wearing shades as she's looming over at the end of the direct, silly Swampasaur.\ Also, Marie? Are you siding with the Octolings?
He put on like this crazy mask that gave him extra arms.He looks pretty generic, but I also didn't get a very good look at him.
I fixed it just as you said that. That's Callie, silly Swampasaur.
couldnt you simply paint those colors on a pro controller and have the same outcome? That Pro Controller though.
It's the first game of the series so I don't really find it a big deal, especially when their special attributes are varied enough and the Arms are what really determines the "moveset" if you can even call how a fist moves a movesetI very well may check this out! Though I do think 10 is a biiiit low for a base game's roster, the fact that DLC fighters are free is pretty damn cool.
Like I said, I called this about a month or two ago...Y'all made Callie go rogue.
It's from April 24th.Well, I am surprised to find out that Marie's victory in the final Splatfest is actually influencing the plot for Splatoon 2's story mode! Gotta wonder what happened... does this imply Callie ran away and became an anti-hero or something along the lines of that sometime after the final Splatfest? Did she ally herself with the Octolings and attempt to take vengeance for her defeat? Is Captain Cuttlefish involved? Quite an interesting amount of theories to bring up...
Looks like they're definitely taking a Splatoon 1 direction with it getting fleshed more and more with each update.Meh.
It really doesn't have €60 worth of content, at least not at launch.
I get what you're saying here, I really do, but it's a fighting game. The base standard for fighting games are just an arcade mode for Single Player content and then a ton of extra modes online. Some games go above that, like Netherrealm who always stack in a story mode and a few extra modes like towers and Multiverse that are comparable to Hoops and Volleyball games in ARMS. Or you get substantially less like nightmare Street Fighter V. With ARMS you do get Arcade Mode but you also get those wacky game modes that will be playable in single player as well as them appearing in arcade mode. Pretty decent content for a brand new IP fighting game.In the bargain bin it goes then. The single-player also looks like bare-minimum crap. Grinding for random gear I can get repeats of wasn't fun in Smash, and it won't be fun here.
Fair. But I don't think you're looking into the different abilities of the different ARMS and Characters that will change the strategy of each player drastically with each game. The game looks like a balancing nightmare but if they can do it right it'll be bloody fantastic. The bonus mini-games look like a fun time with friends, as does the normal mode but it's too shallow to be a serious fighter I want to get into, and I won't have people to play with regularly so I won't be able to enjoy it like a fun party game.
It's even worse here because there isn't some compelling single-player mode to use them in like in Smash 3DS and the basic game strategy revolves almost entirely around the customisation options (let's not kid ourselves, it's not gonna be a highly technical fighting game since you only have a couple of moves and the movement looks pretty stiff).Oh yeah, only real complaint is the collectible arms
Like, *sigh* what's up with Nintendo and this customization and collectibles fetish in multiplayer games? It was annoying as hell in Smash already and it creates too much of a gap onpine if they're usable.
Just make one arm for each fighter avaible from the start and the other two unlockable from beating the Arcade mode, without stupid repeats and different stats

No, I don't. I have better things to do, like wondering what I ate for breakfast or what color shorts I'm wearingWhoops, I meant "no man born of woman"
It's basic TV Tropes knowledge, c'mon, don't tell me you don't waste half of your day in there
I'm gonna guess Callie ended up getting kidnapped and brainwashed by the octarians.Y'all made Callie go rogue.
>Implying Ninjara doesn't make wavedash look like trippingIt's even worse here because there isn't some compelling single-player mode to use them in like in Smash 3DS and the basic game strategy revolves almost entirely around the customisation options (let's not kid ourselves, it's not gonna be a highly technical fighting game since you only have a couple of moves and the movement looks pretty stiff).
I think the answer to both of these questions is nothingNo, I don't. I have better things to do, like wondering what I ate for breakfast or what color shorts I'm wearing
Helix, obviously, look at how hot they areBetweeen Ribbon Girl being a pop star, Twintelle being an A List Actress, and Min Min being actual ramen noodles.
My gay *** is so confused as to who to main in Arms.
I was going to say something, but I realized what I was concerned about was a matter of wording rather than anything actually wrong with the message. It really doesn't look like it has €60 worth of content, at least not at launch.
The single-player also looks a bit barebones. Grinding for random gear I can get repeats of wasn't fun in Smash, so I doubt I'd enjoy it here.

Also I don't have a Switch yet so I can't try the Testpunch to make sure. Hope you guys enjoy it, though!
Splatoon 2's single-player looks freakin' insane though. That was a hype trailer.
I'm sorry but in 2017 that's not acceptable even for a new fighting game IP.I get what you're saying here, I really do, but it's a fighting game.
