If you had to make one comic book villain into a hero who would it be?

Some points.

• Can't be anyone who has already done similar things in the past. So no Harley Quinn, no Magneto, stuff like that.
• You have to make their change make sense, so pure evil characters like Joker are probably not happening.
• You have to explain why they changed into a hero and how they would interact with their old enemy, the superhero they used to fight.

And let's make this interesting...

Do one for DC, one for Marvel, and one that isn't either.
