Ah, a Nintendo Direct Mini, so nothing
that big. Let's see:
-First game shown is World Ends with You Remixed.
Already I'm liking this.
-Pokken DX DLC with Aegislash up first and Blastoise coming up later.
Cool. Also, people can have their Charizard vs Blastoise matches.
-Kirby Star Allies
Still looks cool. I do want to get it at some point.
-Hyrule Warriors Definitive Edition
Nice. Good for those who didn't get either the Wii U or 3DS version.
-Mario Tennis Aces with Story Mode
I might have to keep an eye on this just cause of the Story Mode. The Story modes were great in the GB games.
-Ys VIII
Cool.
-Mario Odyssey free update.
Cool.
-SNK Heroines
Okay. Not interested in SNK, but nice for those who are.
-DK for Mario & Rabbids Kingdom Battle
Nice.
-Payday 2 DLC
Not really interested in Payday, but good for those who are.
-Fe and Celeste
Cool.
-Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze with Funky Kong.
Very nice. The game was awesome, though not many got to experience it. With the Switch doing well, here's hoping the game also does well now. Also, Funky Kong does look rather fun to play, even if he is easy mode.
-Dark Souls Remastered.
Awesome! Dark Souls on the Go! And just a great game in general.
So all in all, not an entirely impressive Direct, but still, rather good. I mean, considering it was a
Mini, I knew to keep my expectations low and expect nothing big and as such, it was simply a nice and good Direct.
Also, I got to simply laugh about some people complaining about the ports. Did you guys NOT ask for more ports from the Wii U to come for Switch? Cause I clearly remember about how everybody, including some of the whiners, were asking for more Wii U ports, ESPECIALLY Mario Maker, Hyrule Warriors, Wonderful 101 and Tropical Freeze. So what happens when Nintendo does what the fans asked for? "NOTHING BUT PORTS! WHY NINTENDO?!"
