Leone still dies? A shame.

What else is different between the two, specifically?
It has been a while since I started reading the divergion point so forgive me if I forget anything:
-Suzuka(you might want to google her) survives her fight with Tatsumi and stays around until the end and actually survives the ending by bull****ting her way through everything. A legend. Gets Esdeath's hand(no, really) at the end and goes to wherever the **** she can pleasure herself with it.
-Wild Hunt, the most edgy villains of all, aren't just faceless goons and get their own arc. They're pretty small in the grand scheme of things still with the exception of an alchemist that looks like Alice from Alice in Wonderland that helps the Prime Minister power up the Ultimate Teigu
-Run/Ran dies after confronting and killing the killer of his students(who was one of the Wild Hunt). Kurome deals the final blow turning him into one of her zombies.
-Lubb kills Portal Guy(don't remember his name lol) outside of combat and dies to a member of the Wild Hunt while trying to escape
-Mine goes into a comma instead of dying in the same battle she goes down in the anime.
-Kurome survives because Wave manages to intervene the fight through the power of Deus Ex Machina(he managed to use Ran's Teigu in conjuction with his armor) and they defect the empire to treat the drugs' side effects on Kurome. Also, they get together and bang.
-Esdeath manages to fly using ice and create an army of ice. She also just ****ing puts half the country into winter because she's that op.
-Tatsumi survives but at the cost of fusing with Incursio and becomes a dragon(he gets a more draconic power up instead of going Super Sayan). No, really, I'm serious. He banged Mine too. Before becoming a dragon, that is. They live happily together with their child.
-The Prime Minister is actually ripped, he has an 8-pack and beats the **** out of Leonne before activating the Anti-Teigu Teigu and destroying her Furry Belt and then shooting her just like in the anime. Though this happens in the rooftop and during the Mecha battle.
-The PM put some sort of alchemy to boost the Prince's Mecha and make him go crazy. No, collateral damage from its fall so Tatsumi doesn't have to do that idiot move.
-Leonne fuses eith her Teigu and recovers for sometime, she goes after the PM, punches a hole in his stomach and then drops him in the middle of the rebel army. After that, she gives her goodbyes to Akame, parties one last time and dies in the place she met Tatsumi.
-Good god they torture the hell out of the PM. He becomes a living poking piece of meat. It sure is satisfying to read though.
-Tatsumi actually became a dragon, I feel like this is important to note twice. Like, for real, he actually becomes a dragon. I'm just

Tl;dr for the deaths
Tatsumi and Kurome lives
Ran dies
Tatsumi is a dragon now.
Everything else is the same as the anime

I know it's because of Grant Kirkhope but I truly LOVE that the music of Mario + Rabbids remind me of Donkey Kong 64.

Man I need to work on my Dragon Ball styled cartoon some more.

It’s like DBZ but without the dragon balls existing so when someone dies(good or bad) they are gone for good.

For you animefans here, Japan voted for their 50 (51) most favorite anime characters. From what I heard about her, it's surprising Iris is in there.
You know, looking into this, this isn't the first time I've seen Kirito ranked this high on a popularity poll.

Notably, he's eleventh in the MAL character popularity rankings.

Y'all can interpret that however you like.
Seeing people react to Kirito reminds me on how I saw Sieg from F/A as Number 6 on a Popularity Ranking of some kind and everyone I noticed started groaning and moaning about how 'cardboard' is in the Top 10. I wonder what it is about Kirito or characters like him that seem to attract JP fans.

That list isn't about characters, but about voices by the way. I guess that puts everything into a new perspective.

Yeah I know, but having 3 people with more than one blade.
Well... basically you will have three drivers with more than one Blade at chapter 5... so I'm guessing you still haven't reach to chapter 5 yet?
But just curious... why did you spoil some plot twists that are apparently after chapter 5 then? Um, yeah, I did do some little peek on your previous spoiler that just tag as "XC2 spoilers"... and you mention something about Nia... please, don't do that again.

I’m not spoiling anything for me. The game is just foreshadow crazy.

Well, I'm not going to spoil anything either. It's possible to talk about XC2 without mentioning the plot twists...

I am also going to have more rambling on the Quest, I can say anything much about XCX's quest, however I still stand by regard XC2's quest system a huge improvement over XC.
XC quest despite are mostly short, but they are quite a lot and you even have plenty of linear quest such as Monster quest, item quest, special quest etc... only a few actually have a decent plot in it... I also dislike how some quest have route A and route B which sometimes affect your location's affinity or even your award... which means that doing XC quests felt more like a chore

XC2 sure the quests seems long and even annoying sometimes, but some actually has some in depth plot.

I've checked Xenoblade wika... just for quest comparison...
In XC, in Colony 9 alone you have a total of 81 quests... you don't have that much in XC2's Argentum Trade Guild.

Much like XC, some quests need to perquisites such as reach to a certain chapter, have a certain party member etc... unlike XC I don't think there's certain quest that only available in a certain time period (I also hate this too...)

Blade quests are the ones that are probably the best implement in XC2, this isn't really much of a spoiler by the way since this was teased in the Japanese Xenoblade 2 direct... but there are some rare Blades that can only get from these quests... I'm not going to tell you who they are though. Blade quests same with regular quests have not only plot but even cutscenes... and those Blade quests really give rare Blades some spotlight, which really made them more like a party member. In order to trigger those Blade quest intentionally is check your rare Blade's affinity chart... some affinity requires to complete their Blade quests.

It’s not really a plot twist when it’s so obvious. lol

I wonder if Super Buu as dlc would be too much Buu for FighterZ.

Yes, perhaps, until the more you played the game the more you will be surprised...
I mean at this stage of the game only one thing looks like it’s gonna suprise me..

So I just came back from reading the infamous Swampasaur VS Divine Deity debate from 4 and a half years ago.

And man was it really something. Reminds me of all the flame wars from Smash 4 speculation but very pro-wrestling esque.

Only found out about it through the Smashboards Social Wiki.

You know honestly if I had any super power I’d want Captain Ginyu’s ability.
Mandatory followup.

What's the first thing you'd swap bodies with if you had Captain Ginyu's ability?

Posing that to the rest of you too, kind of curious to see what people would do with it.

I'd stop caring about my weight and eat recklessly until I switch back to my normal body :p

Alternatively, I'd target you so I can get my horn back :troll:

I’d swap bodies with J Law totally. I’d never body swap something that couldn’t speak English just to play it safe.

I’d swap bodies with young people when I’m old so I’d effectively be immortal.

Like I have the perfect candidate for who I’d body swap with first if I were old right now, all jokes aside.

I’d body swap with that one Fox News chick.

Fair choice, fair choice.

Although if her IQ takes a sudden jump, now I know who's to blame.

Yeah, I sort of aware that thing is going to be a Bhutan game deal...
However, just keep playing... You will be surprised on some casts...

And some quests are also mind boggling because...
you have not only one, but two quests that have a character died/killed/murdered ... And you have to identify its corpse. You don't really see that in XC. I know in XCX there are but I felt XC2 were more astonishing.

This year started out normal for me, but then things in my real life started got progressively worse and worse ever since April. Good riddance. But this year will be even more terrible, and I doubt things will change. 'm trapped and there's no escape...

So Ginyu seems to fall into the "weird gimmicky" character trope ArcSys usually does in their games (see: Sin Kiske, ABA and Robo-Ky from GG or Hakumen in BB.)

His moveset is basically just summoning his Ginyu Force goons and outside of that he's EXTREMELY barebones. This works in conjuction with his Body Change, as the victim of it will not have the Ginyu Force at his side, making them extremely vulnerable by having a character with hardly any special moves.

He's gonna be pretty ****y to use. Max did a breakdown today.

It’s not really a plot twist when it’s so obvious. lol
Now you people know how I felt with Seven and Metal Face back in Xenoblade 1.

They were great plot points, but come on. Game made it obvious.

Xenoblade always foreshadows it's big reveals, the only real exception I can think of being

The lifehold core in Mira being totally busted.

But yeah, most of the big the reveals in XC2 you can put together with some thinking.

Or in Nia's case pretty much blatantly spelled out for you.

Max forgot to mention that, before Ginyu unleash the body swap. He can wound himself if you maintain the button during the animation, like in the anime in short. I feel that's a important detail because, that mean you don't need to leave yourself be hit too much with the risk of dying before the body swap.

Also, he forgot to mention that, Ginyu level 1 can be charged up to a level 3. And that, Recoome have a move where he blow himself up.

I know he didn't have alot of time to try out. But still, he missed alot of details about Ginyu.

The Recoome move actually wasn't in the Move List according to Max so either it's incomplete or it's a deliberate choice from ArcSys/Bamco. Same with some other characters iirc
