11 hour work day today.

This job may be less stressful but the hours it expects me to work is insane.

And I get off at 11 and have to wake up at 5:30 tomorrow for more work

I hate when companies give you a closing shift then an opening shift the next day

Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie was the third movie I watched on Nick in the last one or two weeks. The first two were Sponge Out of Water and The LEGO Movie (though I fell asleep watching it).

The movie started to get weaker towards the middle, but got better again going towards the end.

Guess I'll post my current UM team.

This was taken before Po Town; I just finished Aether and all are on Lv. 51 now.

Also a rant about the AI
HAU, YOU INCOMPETENT ****, STOP USING PSYCHIC MOVES AGAINST FABA'S POKÉMON.

Dude was ****ing up so hard I thought the battle would become a 2 on 1. Maybe they dumbed down the ally AI on purpose, I dunno.

Wow. I'm always questioning how popular Reinhardt probably is after his FEHeroes appearance, but I did not realise he only had 137 votes and that he placed at 584 out of all 791 FE characters. Now I am legitimately curious on where he would place today. Not to mention the Gaiden characters after Echoes, especially after seeing this...

Watched the jungle movie. Pretty good. Intriguing story some surprising moments(mainly with a few scenes and what they were allowed) and felt just like it always has. The ending is nice too, in curious as to how they would go from here if they did another season like Bartlet wanted to do if they movie did well. Looking forward to the other 90s reboot movies.

I'm probably really late on this but oh thank the lord the RWBY characters in Cross Tag will have their Japanese VA as an option.

I normally don't care about this stuff but Ruby and Weiss have some of the worst voice work I've heard in a fighting game.
Weren't the qualifications for their VAs simply that they worked at Rooster Teeth?

Wasn't exactly a rigorous audition process.

The games were good.

But you used a Tri-Slosher, so... :troll:
Is there any art out there of Reinhardt as an Inkling, wielding a Tri-Slosher?

Feels like it's the kind of thing that'd be appropriate, especially after all the art we saw at Splatoon 1's launch of Little Mac wielding a roller.

I got no idea, as I don't watch RWBY or RoosterTeeth. But I wouldn't be surprised.

I imagine most of the Gaiden cast would score several places higher than originally, maybe Alm and Celica breaking into the top 100, and maybe a few ensemble dark horses like Gray and Leon scoring fairly high as well, now that they've been given more proper characterisation.

I'm pretty sure Reinhardt would break the Top 100, hell, maybe even the Males Top 20 if Dorcas is anything to go by.
I also think Alm and Celica would have a pretty good shot at hitting the top 20 tbh.

Most characters not in Heroes would probably lose some positions though.
Glade would escape the last place out of pity.

My mind is blown, The Map from Dora has a son. How the hell did it happen?

Also, Xenoverse 2 is fun as hell. Nothing is cooler than a blue Majin with a pompadour.

I kind of feel that movie "Coco" is just "Book of Life"

But at least Book of Life had an interesting art style

Went up and picked up Blonic Forces (Bonus Edition) on Black Friday today.

And man, Best Buy had an incredible amount of SNES Classic Editions behind the registers and was told they already sold 40 (but I already have one so I'm fine).

Literally what the ****, GF actually tying up plot points?? That's new.
That was a nice scene though, actually made me kinda sad. Though I wonder what Lusamine meant with "the way he smiles right now. It's quite lovely don't you think?", did something happen in the past for him to stop smiling before being sucked by an Ultra Wormhole?

I think it's implying that lusamine knew he wasn't as happy as a researcher and that he finally has a purpose he enjoys and it's brought a smile back to him and truly changed him even if he doesn't realize it due to his amnesia.

I hear skins eat away at the paint of the Joy-Cons anyway.

It's probably best to keep them in the case for now. Throwing them out would be a waste, keeping goodies like that in there is a good way for it to be a collector's item down the road. And for it to look more fun inside the case here and now. If you want to risk it and put them on Joy-Cons down the road you can still have them for that.

Also I never thought I'd see that sticker outside of Reddit, LOL. Bravo.

I've heard that paint eat away thing too (but I have no need of removing it anytime soon). Keeping it in the case for now is a good idea.

And I learned about the sticker from a GoNintendo article where I rushed to its Kickstarter. :p

Erureido Erureido your going to want to see this event in ultra sun and moon:
I watched that scene online yesterday. I was expecting a more dramatic scene between Mohn and Lusamine with the latter getting emotional from the joy of seeing her husband again, but I was surprised to see she was quite calm about it throughout. I ended up enjoying it. The conclusion to that scene was nice, especially when Lusamine comments how nice it was to see Mohn smiling even though Gladion was shocked she didn't try once last attempt to bring Mohn back. Like you said, I think it implies Mohn was unhappy and got stressed out a lot as a researcher, and him smiling again means he finally found something to be content with, even if it was the result of memory loss from the Ultra Wormhole.

As for UltraSun, I have just reached Aether Paradise for the Aether Raid arc. Time for another update!

Current team:

This is my team upon defeating Nanu. You'll probably notice there's a new team member. Allow me to introduce her:

Mikasa the Bisharp: I figured Bisharp would be a good Pokemon to use for this game since it handles many of the late-game trainers quite nicely thanks to its Dark and Steel-typings.

Funny story: I was originally expecting to catch a male Bisharp, and I had three nicknames for it planned: Lancelot, Vlad, or Levi. Lancelot comes from Sir Lancelot of King Arthur legends and the same Berserker servant from Fate/Zero, and his relentless nature matches Bisharp's quite nicely. Vlad comes from Vlad III and the Lancer of Black servant from Fate/Apocrypha, who is rather dignified in his manners yet a powerful impaler much like Bisharp can be (I can imagine Bisharp being quite the impaler with its helmet as it uses Iron Head). Levi comes from the same character from Attack on Titan; both are edgy, strong fighters, and dual wielders. I was leaning more towards Levi as the nickname, especially when...

I intend on using Bisharp as my main Pokemon against Ultra Necrozma since it is immune to its Photon Geiser, resists the rest of its attacks, and can deal super effective damage to it with strong Dark-type attacks. The way I imagine Bisharp standing up to the giant, powerful, and mighty Ultra Necrozma reminds me a lot like the Levi vs Beast Titan fight that will happen in season 3, so I thought naming it Levi would be perfect to make the Pokemon-version of that insanely hype fight, with Ultra Necrozma posing as the Beast Titan.

But then I ran into a female Bisharp in Route 17, and upon catching it, I learned it had an Adamant nature and the Defiant ability. Those are the two best things a Bisharp can possibly have, and considering how rare Bisharps are in Route 17 (you only have a 5% chance of encountering them there, and you can only find them in patches of grass on the mountain portion of the route), I figured it would best to put it on my team because of how lucky I was in catching it. However, by catching a female Bisharp, this meant it completely messed up my nickname plan. Thus, I had to name it after some female character who is also a strong sword wielder with an edgy and determined personality. I chose to name it Mikasa, named after the same AoT character. I don't care for Mikasa all that much, but she immediately came to my mind when I thought about a fitting nickname for this Bisharp while keeping the traits in mind.

I grinded up Mikasa shortly after, transferred it to Sun via Pokebank to teach it Iron Head, Night Slash, Poison Jab, and Stone Edge, and then brought it back to UltraSun. Mikasa is proving to be a very strong member of my team with her blistering high Attack stat and solid Defense stat.

As a side note, I also learned the TM for Poison Jab is no longer obtainable in Route 17; it is now found in Mount Lanakila. Because I want good type coverage for both Mikasa and Rem, I transferred them both to Sun via Pokebank to teach them Poison Jab there. Now, they are set!

Time to talk about the battles:

2nd Guzma battle: Pretty much the same from Sun/Moon for the most part, but with Masquerain replacing his Ariados. Mikasa managed to poison Golisopod from the get-go with Poison Jab, so the poison eventually activated the Emergency Exit to send out Pinsir. Sirius finished off Pinsir very quickly. Golisopod came back, and Makoto finished it off with a strong Moonblast. Fafnir then tried to deal with Masquerain, but I forgot it knew Icy Wind, so Fafnir went down quickly. Sirius ended up finishing the job in his stead.

2nd Gladion battle: Also the same from Sun/Moon for the most, but his Sneasel has been swapped with a Zoroark. I had this feeling he was going to lead with Zoroark and have its Illusion ability activated to appear as a Golbat, so I led with Siegfried. Turned out it was the real Golbat, who used an Acrobatics attack to quickly knock him out. Makoto came out to take care of it from there. After healing him up, Siegfried came back to deal with Type: Null and Zoroark, but of which went down very quickly to him.

Grand Trial vs Nanu: Exactly the same from Sun/Moon. Makoto took out Manu's Sableye with a single Moonblast. His Krookodile nullified the Attack drop on Rem with a Swagger, and Rem bypassed the confusion to KO the Krookodile with one Leaf Blade. Siegfried took the Fake Out from Alola Persian at first, and although it got the speed boost from it thanks to Steadfast, it still couldn't outspeed the Alola Persian when it used its Z-move. Luckily, Siegfried survived it, and he responded with an All-out Pummeling to finish the battle.

Story updates: Nothing new really happened except for Faba randomly showing up in Route 16 on his own. He just asks you if you're heading to Po Town, to which you say yes. He mentions something about how Aether Paradise fights off Team Skull because of how the latter abuses Pokemon and then he mentions how noble Lusamine's goal of defeating Necrozma is before he heads south.

The next update will involve the Aether Raid arc, which I'll try getting to later today.

I think she is so calm because she knows memory loss occurs from the wormhole probably because of what urs told her. She doesn't want dump all the info of his past one him in case it scares him away or does something to upset him. Due to the fact she is less selfish in this by the end she realizes she can't have things be the same and accepts it knowing it's for the better. I trinkets a good close to her arc and no like how it sets up that they may still work together in future and possibly fall in love again which would be touching.

Yesterday I was tired of Black Friday at Gamestop. What's even worse the games I wanted were all sold out...

And I know Xenoblade Chronicles 2 has its street date broken in Saudi Arabia... Let's just say avoid leak gameplay as best as you can.

Take this with a grain of salt for now, but apparently the Sanic shirt DLC for Sonic Forces also added some more files to the game to prep for potential future content. I've only seen two reddit sources so far, but it shouldn't take long for more people to talk about it if it's real.

We might be getting an Episode Omega and Episode Infinite.

unknown.png

EDIT: Apparently these files were already there in Episode Shadow. They are for Omega and Infinite's radio chatter animations and voices, since they never get any in the base game.

Since I've been playing more of TWEWY, it kind of feels funny to say that I'm playing a game where the word "meme" is actually said in-game (let alone a gameplay mechanic).:p

Also, the descriptions few of pins mention something about trading them in at the shop.
How do I do that? I don't think I've noticed the option to do so anywhere and I'm curious on how I do so. Thanks in advance.
