Tbh she looks better in her official artwork than in-game, which is the opposite of Pyra.

Her profile says she's a friend of Rex (implying they knew each other before the events of the game), the "boyish wisecracker of the group" and "banter buddy" for Rex.

So yeah, Nia could be the Reyn of this game.

I have said before I think both artwork and in game are fine.

Yeah, of she has British accent and says "Man what a bunch of jokers!", that would be awesome, but of course I know that won't happen.

Don't forget that script where Nia, Pyra and Hikari was in a hot spring or something and Nia is judging Hikari body, for some reason...
I guess this will be a heart to heart scene, if this is going to be a story related cut scene then it would be pretty odd.

I usually don't like little girl characters in anime.

But she seems really neat.

It depends how their personality are I guess.
And cat girls are a bit of a cliché in fantasy animes too. But Nia is still something unique.

There doesn't seem to be FULL 100% confirmation(no one has unlocked them but they do have unique entrance cutscenes and unique stances(which so does Validar and the HW OCs had, so I'd say a Free update later on at worst).

It's Owain, not Odin, which means he counts as an Awakening character.
I'd say Oboro is the most likely of all the Fates characters now since Koei has shown that their OCD has gotten the best of them(like including all the siblings) and they did mention a foot Lance user which, not counting Armored units(since they're more of their own thing), Ephraim, Oboro and Donnel are the only ones that qualify.
And let's be hinest here, Hinata is likely the least popular Myrmidon and he's in the same game as Hana, so that's saying something.

Time travel shenanigans. Technically Owain went through the events of Awakening first, but going by history, technically Fates happened first because he traveled to the distant past, as Chrom says in the Before Awakening DLC that Hoshido and Nohr are kingdoms of legend.

So Owain's own history has it as pre-Leo, but history has it as post-Leo.

Time travel logic, and just me being pedantic.
