And overall, yeah, don't do hallucinogens. Don't fill your body with any negative toxins like alcohol or weed or ****ty food. It's bad for you. But some people aren't going to live like that, so as long as you practice moderation, remain smart, know your limits and what you're getting into, I'm not going to fault you. Just don't go all out with substances, and don't do the stuff incredibly difficult to bounce back from.
