Drowsy Fluff: Contact damage leaves attacker with a 25% chance to fall asleep

Just for example

Humor: Sound based moves have a chance of flinching now
Nature's Banquet: On grassy areas, Grass type moves will heal the user a small amount of HP
Crisis Zone: At low HP, your strongest move has a greatly enhanced chance of doing a critical hit

Abilities?
Dynamite: Explodes when fainting with about 60 BP
On Edge: when at 50% of it's HP, all it's stats rise by 1 stage
Vampirism: Health absorbtion is increased
Clear Mind: Huge Power but for Special Attack
Sharp Edge: increases damage on cutting moves i.e. Night Slash, Leaf Blade, Psycho Cut, etc.
Locked On: Ignores evasion boosts

Making up new abilities sounds fun, here's some to take in:
Fireproof: The speed of any pokemon with a fire-type move is halved.
Freezer Burn: If a burn is inflicted, the burn is removed and the pokemon that used the burning move is now frozen.
Thorny Rose: Makes it easier for grass type moves to land a critical hit, and boosts the defense of grass-type pokemon.

Holding On: Lessens stats reduction effects while the Pokemon is awake.
Honing: Weakens the power of low accuracy moves to hit more often. "Note: does not affect OHKO moves"
Will Surge: Raises Defense, Special Defense, and evasion slightly in a pinch.
Strong Mind: Lessens the damage received from Psychic attacks.
