The town actually shows up this time. In BBS, you just skipped from the forest to the castle courtyard, and the duke said the Tremaine's chateau was the "closest residence" even though it was on the other side of the town in the film...

I'm shocked to see Link right-handed in this image. To my knowledge, the only times he's been that way were in games that required the Wii Remote (Skyward Sword, Link's Crossbow Training, and the Wii version of Twilight Princess), in Ocarina of Time 3D's Master Quest, in Twilight Princess HD's Hero Mode, and in Mario Kart 8's Mirror Cups. In the case of the games that required the Wii Remote, this was done because most people are right handed, but I wonder what's the reasoning here.

2.8 is a collection of games like 1.5 and 2.5.

Dream Drop Distance HD is a HD remaster of the 3DS game.

0.2: Birth By Sleep is a playable episode meant to serve as a demo for KH3. It's like MGSV: Ground Zeroes and FFXV: Episode Duscae and similar releases. The content of 0.2 won't be in KH3 itself but it shows off the graphical capabilities of the engine and gives you a taste of what the mechanics are like.

Chi Back Cover is a movie set during the time of Unchained Chi. It tells the story of the inner conflict of the Foretellers from Unchained Chi. You would still need to play Unchained Chi to get the avatar character's side of the story, though.

The Aqua episode isn't the length of a full game.

Nomura already confirmed it will be the length of "the average world in a KH game".

So 2 hours at most.

And Back Cover is an hour long.

DDD HD is the only full game in it.

Though I'm hoping that by Aqua's thing being an hour or two long, he means just the initial playthrough for story stuff. And that there will be loads of side missions and stuff for extra gameplay time, like with MGSV: Ground Zeroes.

Also there is a part of the trailer that shows you have to collect gears in the town at one point, which makes me think it's gonna be a more open ended experience where you have to search for things in the town, rather than just being linear.

0.2 is Mickey telling Kairi and Riku the story about how he met Aqua in the Realm of Darkness, and will explain why Mickey got out but Aqua didn't.

Also Jaedrik the reason I mentioned the Persona 5 boxart is because if you're going to whine about an incredibly minor thing like that, you're just goddamn petty. The entire "WAHWAH MUH CENSORSHIP" is ****ing dumb, only got worse with Lin's costume in XCX being made far less skimpy as she's a 13 year old. There are times when I understand the complaints, like TMS in which it's supposed to be a symbolic moment as the character decides she shouldn't be ashamed of showing skin, but there's no way the Persona 5 boxart 'censorship' complaints are justified

We have no idea if Kairi will be playable though.

We have no confirmation that anyone besides Sora will be playable yet. Nomura has only stated that he's considering the idea of multiple playable characters, but only after he's got most of Sora's adventure done.

If we are getting other playable characters, the most likely candidates are Aqua, Riku, and Young Xehanort.

Aqua because they literally have her done in 0.2, so I could see them giving her a little section in KH3. In fact, 0.2 WAS going to just be part of KH3 originally. But I could still see them implementing the work they did into KH3 itself, it would be a bit of a waste if you didn't get to do more with her.

Riku because all of the PR for KH3 mentions that the plot summary of the game is "Sora, Donald, and Goofy are searching for the Key to Return Hearts. Meanwhile, Riku and King Mickey will be searching for a way to bring back the three forgotten Keyblade wielders (Terra, Ven, and Aqua)". This makes it sound like Riku and Mickey have too big a quest for it to just be a background detail, so I would imagine there are at least little interludes between Sora's adventures in the Disney Worlds that depict what Riku and Mickey are doing and you get to play as Riku, with Mickey as your partner.

And Young Xehanort because it's been confirmed that the conversation between Young Xehanort and Young Eraqus we have been seeing in all of the trailers is the opening cutscene of the game, when you start a new save file. So I can definitely see Young Xehanort being the "tutorial character" like Roxas in KH2. It would be a really good opportunity to expand on the relationship between the two and possibly Yen Sid too, and show how Xehanort became so obsessed with the darkness. And since KH3 is the end of "the Xehanort Saga", making him playable like this seems fitting.

I definitely agree. Though even being too nice to everyone can result in harm.

It's great to be generally kind, respectful, and even generous.(Things would be way better if most people were.) But being too kind and easy going can be harmful. And an example of this is my my boyfriend not sticking up for me whatsoever when a person threatens me or people gang up on me. Simply because he says he wants to be kind to everyone. Which I don't love him any less for that, but it still hurts and honestly builds up some distrust.
