I think the implication is that it assumed the player is most likely playing during the day, so in moon you probably will get one and in sun you probably will get the other

His demise in Captain America: The First Avenger does leave the option open.

The Cosmic Cube/Tesseract/Space Stone controls, well, space, and opens dimensional rifts. He could have, say, got sucked into it and brought to another point in space with breathable air, maybe somewhere that'd lengthen his lifespan as a result.

Though it could go either way. Hugo Weaving isn't interested in returning sadly, but they could always recast a la Hulk or War Machine. I think if Chris Evans wants to do another Cap film and Steve survives Infinity War, it may involve the Red Skull's return sometime in Phase Four. I find it less likely though if Steve passes the mantle to Bucky or Sam.

There's also the issue that Hydra is completely gone now as of the end of Agents of SHIELD season three, but you know what they say...cut off one head and two more will take its place.

Yeah, he does have a decent chance of returning. Considering that unlike Ronan and Carina, for whom their demise at the hand of an Infinity Stone was shown by them disintegrating into pieces, Red Skull wasn't shown to be disintegrated (only his glove). Instead, he was bathed in blue and then a beam of light opened, which was similar to the effect of Thor and Loki teleporting at the end of the Avengers with the Tesseract.

There is also the fact that Hugo Weaving was confirmed to have a multi-picture contract, which implied that Marvel ha potential plans for using the Red Skull again.

Another factor that helps his chance was that Kevin Feige admitted his death was done in a way so as to leave the door open for him to be used.

Finally, whilst hardly a major factor, the fact that Marvel were willing to have Thunderbolt Ross, a character we haven't seen since 2008 in the Incredible Hulk make a returning appearance in Civil War after all these years also helps.

Frankly, It wouldn't really feel right for Red Skull not to make a returning appearance in the MCU, if you ask me.

Is Re:Zero good? I was wondering what new anime I could watch after finishing the 7 Deadly Sins and its extensions and I ended up watching the first episode of Parasite (which is really good so far). Should I had it to my to-watch list? What is it about?

Sorry for the late reply but:
Yes, Re: Zero is really good and totally worth watching.
It's basically a deconstruction of the "otaku trapped in fantasy land" plot that has been plaguing anime since SAO popped up and bit of Groundhog Day since the protagonist, Subaru, has the power to return to a certain "save point" whenever he dies.
It has all that "overhyped" feel behind it in the anime community but trust me when I say it's really good: the writing is clever, the characters are enjoyable and Rem is best girl

Btw, I also recommend 91 Days if you want something different
It's an original mafia anime and it's a nice break after watching so many supernatural anime.

As for the Seven Deadly Sins
Read the manga
Assuming that new opening is anything to go by, the last episode in the OVAs should have a surprise otherwise you'll have to wait for a season 2 for THEM ;^)

This says it is not version exclusive. It references the 12-hour time difference as simply making one form or the other more easy to obtain.

watch it turn out that rock ruff has a split evolution both having a day and night forms
and the second one has a night form in sun and a day form in moon to mirror lugarugen

the idea being that with Dawn Rockweiler (moon) its lugarugens colorings and coat(the hair) but as a normal dog
and dusk Rockweiler would be a reverse of that being mid day lugarugen in a werewolf form

....and yes i did just make up the name Rockweiler based off of Rock and Rottweiler

Assuming you mean VC ports, Tactics Advance is on the Wii U eShop internationally, and FFI-VI are available in Japan as well. There also exists a "3D Classics" version of FFI that also stayed in Japan.

I'm inclined to believe Lugarugan's forms are not version exclusive, simply because both versions will still have both day and night present...

Unless Game freak does some weird gimmick between the game's respective day/night where sunlight in sun version is stronger than moon version and moonlight is stronger in moon...Both versions are proving to have a bunch of random differences, such as the different UB's and the very curious 12 hr difference...

We still have no idea why AM and PM is switched in moon version...it's very strange...

Either way, a new rock type attack, eh? Probably going to have similar power to Ice shard or Aqua Jet...

As long as they don't go the FE Fates direction it should be fine.

Does anyone know if Lugarugan is considered to be a "CoroCoro exclusive" similar to the Palossand line in the last issue? Because if it is, I have a feeling it won't be revealed on Wednesday and perhaps on a later date. I just want to see it in a trailer soon because there still seems to be confusion whether or not the forms are version exclusive or evolve based on time and day, and sites like Serebii and Pokebeach are already assuming the Lugarugan's two forms are version exclusives.

I agree, it had the most boring story and it didn't have any new interesting characters.
