I have Robin and Corrin as semi swordsmen lol.
But I agree.

FE, LOZ, XC and KI have the most diverse characters imho and none so far are using the diversity well enough.
(tbf XC only has one character so far so I forgive them. Go Elma! )

They need relevant main characters that don't use a sword in addition to having some gimmick then. Problem is the sword is extremely popular and common with fantasy settings.

If it had that functionality I think they would have mentioned it the same way they mentioned the Animal Crossing functionality. And Fire Emblem had three years between Awakening and Fates, so they're probably still in the early stages of any full game.

Now putting the mobile game ON NX might be a possibility, but I don't see Nintendo pulling anything bigger than an Assist Trophy from their mobile line.

And I can see the Fire Emblem content being pulled back from a bit considering that Star Fox was the "too many reps" scapegoat series during Brawl and Wolf got cut. I also see a lot of people being upset at said pulling back, especially considering we've already been through this cycle once with Roy.

@Erureido So I was rewatching GX's analysis.

We don't have the island names fully, but they pointed out how there could be a red and pink one. The bag is odd as it mean the colors are slightly off, but perhaps they link the pink color to the artificial island? Wicke wears pink and it could be a hint to her possibly be in true control of the island maybe.

Hopefully we will find them the names or colors in full soon.
