OK, the update in general has been really stupid, but this? This is by far the stupidest thing yet. Why reset levels? Unless the players' levels were reached in some illegitimate way, there is absolutely no good reason to do that.

I think you mean Sigurd/Seliph or Leif/Leaf instead of other FE6 characters. Seliph might have been a better choice despite more similarities to Marth due to his popularity in Japan

Roy is no more bland than Eliwood or Chrom or any other generic protag. Most of the hate probably comes from the old garbage FE6 translation which was written like it was made for 2 year olds.

Though Roy's stats could get boosted by items so that problem can be worked around, it's just a hassle

Especially in FE.

Not really. The low growths mean that unless Roy's grinded or given a butt load of stat items, he'll most likely deal a low to meh amount of damage, get countered by it which hurts a lot, and only strike once. There's also his low Res and Sword-lock. An alright Skill stat doesn't hurt though. Hell, on higher difficulties, Roy needs to be protected as Bolting spammers can OHKO him

Eliwood's overshadowed by Lyn and Hector, and the anniversary for Robin's trailer has been known as 'National Pick on Chrom day'. Not to mention Roy's the one in Smash and potentially caused hype backlash for his own game

OK so I actually tried the new Pokémon GO update for myself.

As expected, it's impossible to actually hunt for a Pokémon.

However, what really bothered me is that it seems like it's harder to actually catch Pokémon when they show up. The first Pokémon I ran into was a Drowzee, with a green ring (indicating an "easy" catch). So I threw a Pokéball at it, and it broke out instantly, and fleed...OK. Managed to catch a few random Pokémon but nothing new, though I did get another Eevee, and hatched two Jigglypuffs today. But yeah, I've had to throw Pokéballs multiple times because they kept breaking free, and sometimes running away.

So yeah the game is just really hard to play now. Though I can confirm Power-Saving Mode is still there on Android. My brother checked his iPhone and said it was gone though, so yeah, they removed it on iOS.

It does work, because Google Play/Apple handles the process.

And it isn't bad. People buy items in preparation for use in the future, not necessarily all at once. If you bought items with plans to continue playing, but this sudden update has made the game completely dissatisfying for you, that's a perfectly valid excuse to ask for a refund.

Yeah, because the game is no longer as it was advertised when you spent money on it.

Google/Apple also can't remove items from you for a refund anyway, because they don't make the game.

I have a hard time seeing this failing sales expectations. Nostalgia sells and the NES is definitely that, has a surprisingly AMAZING game line up, it's during the holiday season, and more than half the price compared to buying them all off the Wii/Wii U's Virtual Console. Even Microsoft's Phil Spencer is planning to buy one.

Though I think Nintendo will move on to SNES after this.

The NES games I actually owned were Super Mario Bros., Duck Hunt, World Class Track Meet, Mickey Mousecapade, Castlevania, Rad Racer, Snake Rattle 'n Roll, Donkey Kong, Friday the 13th, Super Mario Bros. 3, Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle, Major League Baseball, and Defender II.

Of course the 10 year old me (circa 1993) would be very happy with all these 30 games in the NES Classic Edition... especially all three Mario games (then again, that's what Super Mario All-Stars was for ) plus many other NES games I've played but never owned and other games I've read about in GamePro, Electronic Gaming Monthly, and especially Nintendo Power but never played.

It's either a glitch, or what you said might be the case. Although spoofers have been permanently banned from the game, so I think it's a glitch, a terrible one at that. Thankfully I am unaffected.

I'm not getting the bonuses for "Nice!" throws and what not. It still says when I get a throw of that kind, but I don't get the bonus XP.
