That's more so Xenoblade rather than X. In the first Xenoblade, you couldn't do Fashion Armor, meaning that if you were doing armor based on stats you wanted, your character would look like a mess most of the time. In X, you could fix that with Fashion Armor, allowing you to get the armor stats you want while still having your preferred look. On the other hand, you couldn't do that with Weapons, meaning you were still stuck with a Weapon skin if you wanted the best Weapon for your character. So X's armor was more or less like this?
The other problems with Xenoblade X's Fashion armor was that you had to have the Armor piece in order to put it into Fashion gear. Meaning that if you ever lost an Armor piece that you could only get once, that look was gone forever. So at the same time, if you were keeping items for looks or keeping in case you could only get them once, your Armor inventory would look really messy when searching for stuff and you'd also have the possibility of accidentally selling something you didn't want sold if you were quick-selling stuff.
That's why I asked for a Storage System for the new Xenoblade. A way to be able to keep your Armor and Weapons, allowing you to use them for Fashion Gear whenever you want, while not cluttering up your Inventory and making it much easier to not accidentally sell your stuff.
And this too. For too many quest rewards, you got waaaaaaaaaaaay too many Tank-Tops, especially considering you could repeat Quests. Like holy cow...This guy knows what he's talking about
Seriously, the number of tank tops in XCX is ridiculous and I doubt anyone uses them due to how ugly they look
That being said, they aren't that bad looking. At least, I thought the Plain ones looked okay, especially the Black one(and Elma always looks good in red). The multi-colored ones though could've used some more work.
But at least that made me realize something else that Xenoblade X needed and what Xenoblade 2 should have if they bring back Fashion Gear. A Dye/Color system.
