Going by the last update to the Smogon usage stats, PoryZ is the 35th most used Gen 7 Pokémon Post- Pokebank by OU usage stats. Pory2 is the 150th most used Gen 7 Pokémon Post- Pokebank by OU usage stats. I doubt that's changed much. PoryZ is much more threatening then Pory2.

That being said, Pory2 and PoryZ both have different roles. One's a tank, the other's a sweeper.

If Smash got an Overwatch character, there'd be no doubt it'd be Tracer, unless Blizzard wants otherwise.

That'd being said, I'd like to see an Overwatch game made by ArcSys, considering their Guilty Gear games have a rather similar setting like that of Overwatch and I'd like to see how they could translate the characters and their abilities to a fighting game.

Man Food Wars, Konosuba and My Hero Academia has become few of my favorite animes.

They are just that good. Also after Christmas, I'm thinking of picking up Rise of the Tomb Raider, Star Fox 64 3D and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2.

You know something's wrong when no one is killing you when you are Zero Suit D.Va and you are getting 2-3 kills in seconds after losing your Meka.
-I didn't get any kills the first time I lost my Meka, but I didn't die either.
-I defeated a Mercy before losing my Meka the second time, then proceeded to kill a Torb, a Lucio and a Hanzo.
-When I lost my Meka the 3rd time at the destination, there were 5 enemies, including a Bastion and Widowmaker. I managed to kill the Bastion, a Symmetra, and a Sombra and still got back into my Meka.

I'm pretty sure something is not right when no one is succeeding at getting me without my Meka.

I'm about to take on the Verdant Cavern trial...Dark types are going to be kinda problematic
Edit: I just realized I can cheese the totem Pokemon very easily with Curse, and Gastly's pretty fast too

If Smash got an Overwatch character, there'd be no doubt it'd be Tracer, unless Blizzard wants otherwise.

That'd being said, I'd like to see an Overwatch game made by ArcSys, considering their Guilty Gear games have a rather similar setting like that of Overwatch and I'd like to see how they could translate the characters and their abilities to a fighting game.

Time for another Pokemon topic:

Where would you rank the main series regions in terms of their Pokemon designs?

In other words, how would you rank each region in terms of the designs of all the new Pokemon introduced in that region?

2. Alola
3. Unova
4. Sinnoh
5. Kalos
6. Johto
7. Kanto

Spoiler: Explanations for each

Hoenn takes the top position because that generation was the most consistent design-wise to me. It had a good number of my favorites, but even ignoring those it has a set that doesn't have too many really bad lows and the highs are notable strong points. For example, the idea behind the Weather trio is pretty cool as they take from Bibical lore, but make unique creatures out of them with powerful looking designs that incorporate different elements that relates them and differentiates them. This is also where they started to implement more into the concepts of their designs and I feel a lot of the Pokémon stand out for the better for it.

Alola is similar, it has a strong set with good concepts and designs to them. It also took some of the most risks of the dex with designs like the UBs being very unique for Pokémon, but still being pulled off rather well. The only reason I put it below Hoenn is that a few more lows to its designs then in that region, but it still was a great list of Pokémon that I do enjoy for what they are.

Unova has some of my top favorites from a design perspective such as Hydreigon, Scolipede, Escavalier, an others, along with some designs that I do enjoy such as Sawsbuck, Volcarona, Chandelure, Haxorus, and Serperior. I also feel it has some of the strongest concepts for some of their Pokémon with some like the Tao Trio, which so much thought put into their designs from both an individual and contrasting point of view. Reshiram and Zekrom are based off of conflicting aspects and they showcase it with each trait, Reshiram is natural looking while Zekrom is more mecha, the former has its 'horns' designed after the white smoketrails of fire while the other uses thunderclouds, their secondary typings are based off of old and new forms of energy which is also reflected in their turbines, and so on. There's a lot of little details to their designs that I appreciated and it's why they're one of my favorite legendary trios, and I can see some of the same done with a good amount of the Pokémon in this generation. However, even I have to admit this one has a few blunders here and there as some just don't hit the mark. The Klink line are pretty forgettable as it doesn't really do much outside of being a gear, and there are some that could've had a bit more given to their characters to make them stand out such as the elemental monkeys, which had a neat theme with the 'hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil' quirk of their pre-evolutions, but it ends up going nowhere, and there are a few that have this similar issue. The Generation has a good amount of strong highs, but a few lows that do bog it down unfortunately, and it's a shame as some of those designs they do come up with I do see a lot of potential with them. Still, I do like this set despite those blunders and they don't hold the region back too much for me, but it is enough to keep them from the top and that is why it's closer to the middle for me then the other two.

Sinnoh I debated with where I would place it between it, Unova and Kalos, and I ended up putting it here because it's not that far off from my placement of Unova, and it has a few more designs that make me place it above the others. To explain, Sinnoh has a good number of memorable designs to it, you have Lucario, Luxray, Giratina, the starters, and a good few others that are very fun and creative designs that have a good amount of character to them, and like the ones above they have a good amount of thought put into each of their concepts that make them stand out from the typical monster and gives them their own feel. Luxray for instance is based off of the mythological lynx, and the design incorporates elements of that such as the eyes reflecting x-ray vision, but it also has traits from lions and tigers as well as star constellations, and they all come together to make a very good design out of the big cat hybrid. It's one of the reasons why I hold Luxray so highly because conceptually there's a lot put into its design. Similarly, I think most of the evolutions they did for older Pokémon were also successful in this regard as some like Gallade, Froslass, and Dusknoir manage to continue off where their evolution lines started and finish them with a concept that greatly reflects their character and keeps it consistent. However, like Unova, it has a few designs I don' think were completely successful in this regard as I feel some could've done more to stand out or do a better job carrying the theme of their pre-evolutions. For instance, with Rhyperior I don't hate the design, but I do feel it doesn't quite capture the same feel that I got from Rhydon, it feels like they went in a different direction from what the original line was and just designed it around the Protector item rather then expand on the concept of its predecessor and it could've done more. Regardless, I still do like a lot of the Pokémon from this generation despite some of my misgivings, and I think its Pokémon are still very memorable.

My feelings on Kalos is a little strange to be honest as I have a weird relationship with most of its Pokémon. The best way I could put it is that aside from a few like Greninja, Noivern, and Heliolisk where I raeally enjoy their designs, I don't have the same amount of passion for these Pokémon as I do other regions. I can remember a good few and it's pretty consistent as a set, but they don't really enthrall me like the ones above, they just pretty much break even aside from the few that I really like and the few that I really don't care for. With that said, it does have some great concepts and designs here such as the aforementioned Greninja and Aegislash, so it's not a bad set by any means, it's just one I find myself feeling the most neutral about.

Johto, while I don't mind simpler designs and in fact some designs greatly benefit from that direction then being complex, I don't think Johto got that completely right as some of the Pokémon do come off as pretty bland. There are some great designs like Lugia, Houndoom, and the Legendary Beasts, but then there are those that fail to really stand out for themselves like Qwilfish and Stantler and there are a good amount of Pokémon like that for me in this Generation. I still enjoy them as I still have a lot of fond memories with the set, but I've grown to find that I'm not as attached to it as I am with the above. Kanto is similar, except there are less Pokémon I feel strongly about then with Johto.

I'm not even going to speculate this topic. We've already seen Cloud get into Smash as DLC despite his game never being released for a Nintendo platform, so whatever happens I'm just going to wait to express my opinion until a more opportune moment.
