Then again, Super Mario series Rosalina, Wario, and DK took way too long too.

I'm almost thinking they are holding out for Smash NX to release them. I mean, it seems like they did that with Rosalina, Wario, and DK too, with this new Mario Party.

Not really. What better time to release them when a new Smash is out. Buy in bulk. That assumes that Smash NX is a port/enhanced port. That also assumes a Smash NX is coming not long after the NX is released(or as a launch title). But yeah, a lot of it depends upon what Smash NX exactly is and when it'll happen.

No it's ****ing not. They both have as many multi hit moves you need, you can set up by not going Mega to play mind games and that 186 attack stat outclasses nearly everything that little duster can offer

Tail Slap tho, and one of them can use King's Rock with it

If you use Heracross you don't need a King's Rock, not to mention Heracross wouldn't trigger any abilities like Flame Body. If you need an item on your Skill Linker, get a damn Cloyster

Unfortunately, there won't be that much of a difference between the two. It's practically Twilight Princess all over again.

No but really EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GAME'S LITERALLY JUST SOOOO DETAILED.
Look at all those amazing PARTICLE EFFECTS! Definitely getting this game when it comes out. I don't get the name of it, though... Breath of the Wild? Is it because there's animals everywhere?

Either way, game looks pretty sweet.
Wonder if they'll spring some sort of surprise announcement on us when this ends, though... Hopefully.

I would have thought that the NX version would have had a somewhat different control scheme and better graphics/frame rate. Most people who own a Wii U can get by without having to buy an NX for at least a year then. Unless there's a must have game the NX has that's exclusive to the console that makes everyone want to buy the console at launch or close to that window.

It's actually not a bad comparison. But there's going to be more to it than just "collect" weapons anyway. Dungeons exist. Upgrades exist. Etc. So it won't really be a problem anyway since breakable weapons are just replaced by the ton you find later. It shouldn't be an issue.

It gives you plenty of weapons in chests basically out in the open... Just save them for forced fights or when enemies are actually in the way. The problem isn't running out, it's that the replacements are largely the same. Every fight we've seen so far has been mostly pointless.

There's not much of a reason to go out and pick the apples or kill the critters because they're everywhere. It's like TP's rupee problem where that's all you'll find and you can't use them all, and then whenever you do find them it feels like a waste of time.

Imma say this one time and hopefully this is the only time it needs to be said. If you don't like Breath of the Wild's new stuff, you're dead on the inside.
