Adding together Kanto, Unova, and Hoenn, and Alola together seems a little unfair as those regions to me have the strongest overall designs.

Johto is nice, and has my second favorite Pokémon, but it's basically just Kanto 2.0

I love Shinnoh and all, but my favorite Pokémon from it is Porygon-Z, an upgraded Kanto original.

Kalos is nice and all, I'd get Tyrantrum from it

Ampharos, Porygon-Z, and Tyrantrum if I chose the other

With Exploud IRL he'd be absolutely deadly

I'd have to figure out how not to harm myself with him

Alolan Muk would probably be a good choice to have irl in terms of power as he's an amorphous Pokemon that will eat anything and horribly poisonous.

For Opossum Opossum 's poll, option B.

Johto: Typhlosion
Sinnoh: Lucario
Kalos: Meowstic (M)

It was kind of a hard decision at first but because Sinnoh has Lucario, I had to pick option B.

Option A
Kanto: Snorlax
Hoenn: Castform
Unova: Chandelure
Alola: Mudsdale (maybe Primarina...still not sure here)

So here's a question/scenario thing.

Pokémon are real and you become a trainer. However, there is a catch: you can only have three or four total. In addition, you may only have one per generation, and can only choose either even or odd number generations.

In other words, your two options are A (one Kanto, one Hoenn, one Unova, and one Alola Pokémon) or B (one Johto, one Sinnoh, and one Kalos Pokémon). If a family is cross-generational, the region of the final evolution is the one you use (for example, getting a Munchlax in option A is fine since it evolves into Snorlax, but Chingling can't be used in option B). As well, legendary and mythical Pokémon aren't allowed because lore.

What team would you use under these conditions? Which option would you pick?
Strawpoll
What did you vote for, and what team would you use?
And I was the only one who chose B.

It was kind of hard though. Kanto, Hoenn, and Alola have better Pokémon than Johto and Kalos, but Sinnoh has better Pokémon than Kanto, Hoenn, Unova, and Alola.

My team is
  • Smeargle
  • Empoleon
  • Tyrantrum

Is it me or does this look like it's more of a new game than an extra playable character? We see Specter Knight when he was alive and bosses seem to have extra phases
It really does look brand new. I was surprised but that. I can't wait to get it!
Hello everyone,

I came to this thread to inform you that the SmashBoards user known as Final Smash Gamer is a quarter-century old today.

Here it is. Now you are aware of it in case you weren't.

...Wait.
Happy Birthday!

You may see Youtube as the villains here.

But the twist is that they're actually the heroes here.
Would you say that they are:
At times like this I sympathise with China. :p

Anyway, here's more stuff Konami did: http://gamingbolt.com/kojima-was-locked-in-room-separated-from-team-during-mgs5-development-keighley

Kojima was locked in a room separate from his team during the last 6 months of developing MGSV.
Damn Konami, what's wrong with you? This is ******* disgusting!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anyway newest Generations was great! It could have used more, but the interactions were good. N was portrayed great all around and I loved his look. It's nice to see him in a different style.

XYs episodes should be interesting.

I had this idea, but I forgot to share it other day. It's trying to come up with an alternate type trio line that's not grass/fire/water. For instance

Aggron/Gardevior/Machamp

They don't have to be apart of the same generation, just the same amount of evo lines. Or just a singular pokemon, as long as it adds up to the same amount and the typing actually works like grass/fire/water.(Psychic, Fighting, and Dark for instance wouldn't really count because Dark is immune to Psychic completely.)

Forgot to do that Pokemon set question from earlier.

I'd go with Set B because it has my top 2 favorite Pokemon, so my team would like this:

Scizor (Johto), Gallade (Sinnoh), and Greninja (Kalos).

Though if I were to go with a team for Set A, here's how it would look like:

Pikachu (Kanto), Swampert (Hoenn), Chandelure (Unova), Lurantis (Alola).

I'm not talking about those, I already know all of those, I'm talking about specific pokemon.

(And as I mentioned Dark/Fighting/Psychic doesn't really work in the same sense, nor does Ice/Ground/Rock as Ice doesn't resist ground and rock doesn't resist ice.) I mentioned Aggron, Gardevior, and Machamp because of Steel/Fairy/Fighting.

Just tried out Tapu Koko in the Singles mode in the Battle Tree. It OHKO'd mostly everything in sight, and it didn't even have Life Orb. The item I had was Expert Belt.

I have to say- the recoil from Wild Charge and Brave Bird is irrelevant, and that's because its only 3v3. That's pretty funny, and the reason why that's funny is because Tapu Koko can sweep a team with just Wild Charge and survive in the end, but even if it gets badly hurt and needs to heal, its got Roost.

As such, Life Orb is a great item for it because that can guarantee further KOs on different Pokémon. For now, I'm replacing Expert Belt with Muscle Band for a permanent damage modifier.

I used Honchkrow with it, and it was an effective partner for it. Tapu Koko's quick U-Turns can get out of harms way that Honchkrow is immune to, including Ground-Type attacks and the occasional Psychic-Type attack. I had A-Raichu on the team but it didn't have much work put in. Which was expected because A-Raichu works way better in Doubles. I'll be replacing it with my Kartana to save Tapu Koko from Poison-type attacks. Should have good results. We'll see.

I'm beginning to think a Tapu trio team is a good idea for Three-Type nukes.

Here's another one, which I'm using for my starters.

Fairy/Fighting/Steel

I think I'm actually in love with my Torracat. He's awesome and gives me a pirate vibe in motion for some reason.

I stopped using Torracat because I was using Turtonator for fire and Muk for dark.

But I loved my Rowlet

I've been watching a playthrough of Phoenix Wright, Ace Attorney.
I've known about the series for a decade and know some of the characters and have seen bits and pieces of it, but this is the first full playthrough I'm going through.

So the game takes place in late 2016, and Phoenix says to Maya at one point that he's 24.

Hot damn, he's the same age as me. I always assumed he was in his late 20s or early 30s.

An update for LEGO Dimensions just went live, and it was seconds after I did this.

In all seriousness, the update is probably to fix the glitch for using Hired Heroes infinitely, and using that to go to new worlds for free. People might wanna make use of that while they can. Not like the update will download hastily anyway for most.

I wonder if it's possible to obtain something like a Beast Ball Contrary Snivy in January. The resources are there after all.

What is everyones favourite Ultra Beast?
Xurkitree because it obviously reminds me of Guzma and because it got some dance moves.

Imma say Guzzlord...because its pretty much a Hydreigon on steroids...

I don't particularly care for any of the UBs if I'm being honest though...

Bewear is probably my favorite part of the anime so far.
