I wouldnt do that. Iirc sunshine had more than two power settings and having more than two buttons (or button combinatins) correlate with a power setting would be annoying and unintuitive (to a point). But if I'm just remembering wrong and there are just two power settings, then it would work just fine. It'd just take some getting used to.

Ugh, I hope so. I'm really damn sick of "Boss Characters". Literally all of them should have been playable (and some, in fact, WERE playable thanks to hacking), it would have helped fix the small Roster size the game has had since 2011 Winter Olympics.

And now more Wii virtual console games. Skyward Sword I was expecting sooner or later. Other M doesn't surprise me, though I don't know why I didn't think of that.

So far my predictions for Wii games have been pretty spot on (Like it's that hard to predict these though). To make more predictions, I'm expecting DKCR, Animal Crossing: City Folk, Mario Kart Wii, New Super Mario Bros Wii, and The Last Story (If Xenoblade and Pandora's Tower are on it, might as well get this one in as well).

Pikmin manages to maintain some of its notoriety basically because Miyamoto created it.

I'm not denying that at all. That's why I said "relatively niche" and not just "niche".

I'd definitely put it a tier above some of the truly niche Smash franchises like MOTHER and Xenoblade, but it's definitely nowhere near the level of Animal Crossing (which has grown into one of Nintendo's bigger series).
