I don't like this Dixie painting, no sir. Normally I'm pretty lenient on other people's artwork, but they've chosen to hold themselves up to an impossibly high standard, and Omni's (or whoever painted this, I don't pay attention) high technical skill is at odds with his poor understanding of perspective, anatomy and 3D form.

Speaking of rain, I dislike it.

I dislike going outside, having to use an umbrella, getting wet and the lack of sunlight can make me feel depressed sometimes.

Clearly, that game shouldn't have been released.

I don't think that even Sonic 06 or Sonic Boom were that bad... Or maybe they were.

It begs the question: how do these obviously beta games get released into the market? Where's the QA? Are executives really hungry for money they're willing to bypass fundamental quality measures?

Absolutely shameful.

But hey, we get thoroughly amusing videos showcasing the absurdity. It's slightly poetic, in a way.

I agree. The only reason anyone should be salty if we only get Mario Maker tomorrow is at themselves for thinking we were getting more than what we were told we were getting. We know we're getting more characters and probably more costumes and more stages sometime in the near future. Why do we HAVE to have more than Mario Maker tomorrow? It doesn't mean they've literally worked on nothing but Mario Maker since the last stuff came out. They probably wanted to have Mario Maker come out closer to the release of that game and are releasing it now to tide people over while they continue work on other content. I personally don't see any reason for anyone to be upset over this stage if it's all we're getting tomorrow. It's not like Sakurai owes anyone anything. People shouldn't have even been expecting extra content until sometime after the ballot ends anyway. The game is out, nobody paid for anything they haven't received yet so, why get salty over it?

I know Activision has had glitchy games in the past, but in a different sense. To be precise it was an exploitable bug that you could use to get an unfair advantage in some Call of Duty game iirc. But it looks like they're being as lazy as EA when The Sims isn't concerned here in regards to QA.

Here's my opinion on games likes this. I'm not mad, just heavily disappointed. Embargos aren't entirely evil, but for the most part are unnecessary and abused. Can we go back to the good old days of gaming fun was the priority and determined what system was superior?

So what, you're saying they should have put this stage out before Mario Maker came out? With the random nature of the stage, you don't think that maybe there were a lot of bugs they needed to work out? Or maybe they were just waiting until after release to give us this and give people time to play the game?
Why would they not wait this long to give us anything? They're obviously working on other stuff. They don't owe you anything. They can take as long as they want for this stuff.

Reminder: These are regular people in the industry. Maybe they're working on other projects as well as Smash DLC. It IS other companies along with Nintendo working on Smash after all.
