Somehow she just doesn't give two ****s anymore and says "I did some 'research'" but turns out it yielded no results.

I'm beginning to question her sources.

The chance of Nintendo lying about not revealing any new fighters is less than 1%.

That's pure conjecture. We've been lied to before (Grant Kirkhope and Smash and "no games beyond this year" come to mind).

That being said, I do somewhat agree with your earlier comment that banking on them lying may not be the best strategy.

And at this point, y'all are just finding anything to hate on someone because they didn't gave you what you wanted. Just wait, if they're in Terry's presentation great, it's real. If not, well, it's fake or for a later fighter pass, and if Sabi manage to get the answer from the source, then great, we'll know if it's true or false before or after the presentation.

That and we just had the Pokemon SwSh leaker get caught (granted it was for idiotic reasons, but still) so one has to be careful if they are a legit leaker. Then again, people are probably still pissed about that C&D thing from before E3 so whatever

I expect something worth my time instead of empty promises and "i don't know, y'all." If Sabi wants to be someone worth following, she needs to actually give us answers or else just say nothing at all.

Basically the leak is still real because Sabi’s source doesn’t know for sure.

If the costumes don’t show up tomorrow. I’m still betting it’s real. No modder has been this good and they even gave the Mallow hat a bit of physics. I’ll only consider it fake if we don’t get either of the hats with Fighter 5.

Not the same model.

Horns are in the wrong spot and are larger.
Eye is considerably larger.
Missing the black area.
More teeth on the bottom it seems (could be the blurry pic).
Texturing looks different, looks a lot smoother.
Smile is wider on the Smash picture.

Funny how he took a pic of his monitor, probably more things wrong with it.

It's not the same model and it's not seen in Smash (that's a fortnite dab).

I think we can agree any competent 3d modelist can make a Mallow and DOOM themed hat. The argument for Team Real is that it has to be coded into Smash and actually run properly. That would shut me up.

I really doubt there is any wordplay in place regarding "no info about unrevealed fighters".

For all we know the prediction abot VR Plant could be something different tham a particular reveal like formal S2 announcement or some new modes being developed.

Nintendo flat-out told us not to expect anything new in order to prevent people overhyping themselves. There's no hidden meaning. If they wanted to build anticipation for a reveal, all they had to do was say nothing, because everyone already assumed that there'd be a reveal alongside Terry's launch.
