Since the whole thing is 45 minutes, what's gonna fill up the air time once the usual segments (Terry overview, stage info, music stuff, and new Mii fighters) are done with? I'm hoping there is more info afterwards (though I won't be surprised if it's just fluff)

Apparently Sakurai is mostly rambling during the presentation so who knows I suppose...

Well it is possible he talks about a second pass, and just doesn't reveal any of its contents.

Though without disclosing anything in it, there's only so much time that would eat up.

What do you guys think? Do the narrators of each language from ssbu know each fighter? I cannot imagine that Nintendo Europe is invating for each one new fighter the narrator. To value the costs they have to let the VAs make already each record.

If that Frogger leak is true, that’s pretty crazy that Konami gets 4 characters before Namco gets 2. Especially since it’d also mean that their two front runners are out of the running; they’d have to add Chosen Undead at that point.

I’m not a big Tekken fan, but I want to see Heihachi in Smash. I’ve watched some videos of how he’d work & he seems like he’d be fun. He’s not one of my most wanted, but I’d be sort of excited to see him.

Frogger would be... an interesting choice. I wouldn’t be hyped but I wouldn’t be disappointed. The game is iconic enough to deserve some Smash love. I’m super curious to see what he’d play like.

There is no voice-over for Sakurai in languages other than English. We usually just get subtitles for what he's saying. And for whatever reason, the presentation hasn't even been announced yet for Europe.

For Smash 4 DLC, Xander recorded a bunch of names all at once - including characters that didn't make it in, probably a similar situation this time around

Just saying, no mirror of these videos has been taken down after 24+ hours. That's a red flag that it may even be fake.

Regardless of what all is revealed alongside him, I'm still very excited to see Terry in action and can't wait to try him out for myself.

I just hope that he's not too technically demanding.

But what if Nintendo knows that removing it will make it obvious it's real so they're instead opting to leave it to make it look fake.

Nah, I doubt there's any 4D chess going on for the game that left brave in and messed up with SNK copyright.

Unpopular opinion: I'm sort of glad that Terry isn't going to be accompanied by another fighter reveal this Wednesday.

I know Fatal Fury isn't exactly the series the Smash Bubble loves the most right now, and speculation's currently dominated by the Mii costumes that probably act as an indicator of who to expect in the future, but given that I still feel like his spotlight got robbed in the last Direct by parties I refuse to name (I've made my feelings over them hijacking Terry's reveal clear elsewhere in this thread), and that this is actually the longest Smash presentation of the modern era - one I'm still confused as to how they'll pack it if they're not revealing anyone else, I'm more than happy that Terry/Fatal Fury/SNK are getting the chance to finally shine. Expecting Sakurai to drop some knowledge on how important the series is and help non-SNK fans feel the company's influence.

I think discussion has kind of run its ground.

Hype deflated a bit hearing there won't be new character announcements so we've just been joking about/trying to figure out what the 45 minutes are filled with.
