This costume leak is completely stupid and I highly doubt Sakurai would do this crap.

Sans definitely wasn’t even a test anyway, he only added him because Toby Fox met with him and impressed him with his Smash skills, and Undertale is popular, especially Sans.

As for the jiggly Mallow hat and Cacodemon releasing with Terry; since they were still in testing, it’s possible they’re being saved for later.

Most probably, going with the test run.

I love how some folks are really still holding onto the “Sakurai loves to troll, don’t listen to anything he says” angle, to fool themselves into disappointment.

Other than the ZZS joke from 2013, he’s never gone out of his way to mislead people. But we in the Smash community still believe Sakurai is playing mind games 24/7, at every opportunity, because “he trolls the fans all the time”.
Just like he trolled Ridley fans with that shadow on Pyrosphere, am I right?

The leaker also said the "direct" (which this isn't) is going to follow the style of E3's and have Sakurai playing the game as he's talking about it.

Even though that didn't happen at E3. That happened in July, and again in September.

It's important to do your homework.

Classic Sonic is kinda small for the regular Sonic we have in Smash...kinda doubt that.

You can announce a pass and not reveal who's in it. Just like the current pass.

that last leak is absolutely fake, there's no way Sonic and Classic Sonic can be skins of the same character, the proportions are completely different (same reason for why Toon Link and Young Link aren't echo of each other, and Isabelle is not an echo of Villager but a separate character).

Yes. Technically, they won't be doing character reveals and will work with revealing Terry.

I feel like announcing all the characters in a pass at once would only go over well if they also told us the general dates that they'd be released on.

Otherwise the hype drip-feeding might get worse. Because then we don't have any new character announcements to look forward to during Directs, just "hey by the way we can now confirm X character will be available on Y date".

Well, last night was real crazy with both this Smash rumour and the Pokémon leaks.

Glad about Terry's stream coming this wednesday. Not so much about the lack of news with the fifth fighter, but I can stomach that all the way into February.

I'd like to ask, has anything happened with this new Mii costume rumour yet, or is it still uncertain?

Costumes for fighters seem interesting, though the list is too vague. I will expect those, but those costumes will not be the costumes revealed.

Honestly I love Hyrule Warriors Sheik (the most feminine Sheik like, ever)), but I'm not tossing my money for this leak.
