The combat is similar to Xenoblade 2, but instead of switching between weapon types all characters have their standard weapon with arts that have cool down timers. One of the biggest thing that makes Xenoblade's combat so good is the ability to see the future and change it. Randomly the party will receive a vision showing who's getting attacked, how dangerous it's gonna be, and how long you have to change it. You're given a lot of options to help change the future of your fight, you can even warn your party members at the cost of the bar that allows you to do chain attacks.
It's a really great mechanic. The visions also apply to side quest so when you randomly pick up items Shulk will receive a vision say something like "Oh, this is the 9th cool potato we found, now we can give it to that Greg so he can be happy" and the item will be marked in your inventory to know that you'll need it for the future.
I'm really liking the sound of the Future sight mechanic, when game comes out I'll give it a try since I already tried out XB2, thanks Wynn.

Also, usually is pretty obvious when someone is faking a reaction only for the sake of getting views. Max doesn't give that feeling, and if he's really faking his reactions then I'd say he's an incredible actor lol
I dunno, Assist Me is the pinnacle of acting :4pacman:

Aw yeaaaah. Can't wait to slash people from halfway across Battlefield, then spend the rest of my time going "Yih! Yee! Yih! Yee! Yih! Yee! Yih! Yee!..."

I can barely tell what I'm looking at.

I remember him well because he was the first rare blade I summoned.

Unfortunately the third was Gorg.
I think my first was Dhalia followed shortly by Gorg. I think my third was Wulfric, and he was guaranteed. I don't have much luck with rare Blades.

Let's be real, if Max is fake, life is fake. A man that passionate a out video games who yells at people to **** off when saying "Wow they didn't compress the cutscenes in FF7R which is why it takes so much space" while being honest and saying stuff like how theaters usually pay people to clap at the end to get the rest of the audience going after seeing that one Bethesda dude, being able to make fun of his friends while they make fun of him during reveals, that **** ain't fake.

Of course his Byleth one is real though because I hate Byleth don't you know. Byleth took my wife and ****ed my crops

If I can't you as well can't prove that some of his reactions are faked or exaggerated.

I mean, if you have been watching his videos you'll know that he loves with passion games such as Final Fantasy VII or 3rd Strike, or that he's super fan of characters such Rock Howard. Knowing that his super positive reactions to anything FFVII related or when he saw that Rock was in the background of Terry's stage makes a lot of sense, and this is only to name a few examples.
Obviously each people expresses his emotions in a different manner, I'm not a guy who would jump or scream like crazy because my fave character is in Smash, that doesn't mean other people can't be more expressive when it comes to videogames.

Also, usually is pretty obvious when someone is faking a reaction only for the sake of getting views. Max doesn't give that feeling, and if he's really faking his reactions then I'd say he's an incredible actor lol
Of course I can't prove it, and I didn't claim that all of his reactions are exaggerrated. That's why I said, "It seems to me that he exaggerrates some of his reactions."

I guess it would kinda have to be Ezio, given Altair's a Mii now

Which reactions seemed exaggerated to you? Just to make sure we're watching the same Max.

Are there any crazy theories going around now that an ARMS character is announced for Smash? I'm curious to see what stuff people have been yelling about like an idea that Vol 2 is going to mimic Ultimate's base game Newcomers with there being 6 Fighter Packs and 6 Newcomers in the base game (with the exception of Echoes) and ARMS being in a very similar position to Splatoon.

I love how people are using the fact Byleth only had a single reaction in there as proof Byleth is bad when 3 other characters on there only had 1 reaction to. Banjo Bros and their 25 dollar Banjo Pass head asses
Yeah, instead of using the reaction video we can just take a look at the like and dislike on the reveal video

Max has the best Cloud reaction by default for being the only person recording themselves that actually recognizes the ****ing opening theme of the game

When I say Max exaggerrates, what I mean specifically is that he sometimes makes comments like, "Let's go!" or whatever just to fill air. It's not that he's not excited, but if he weren't making a YouTube video, he would just watch the video mostly in silence, like a normal person.

Who do you want more though?
Ezio, Doomguy, or Hayabusa?
Hayabusa>Doom Slayer>Ezio

My top 3.

Although, characters like Rayman and Isaac would be WAY up there if it wasn't for unfortunate circumstances.

Even if that flipnote thing was a leak. The ribbon girl drawing could easily be referring to the Arms sequel that's being speculated.

If you're gonna hack into Nintendo's servers, hopefully you at least find something worth the impending arrest.

tbf this is the same game where the boss theme of the super evil big bad no good monster that may be very much invincible at the end of the game isn't allowed to sound dark or ominious but instead super duper cheery because otherwise the kiddos will be scared I guess
I thought it was a perfect atmosphere; The super evil big bad no good monster had yet to do anything morally reprehensible except having a character design that screams "I'm the game's twist villain". lol

If you're referring to Eternatus's third theme, that was made more for Zacian and Zamazenta. They wanted it to sound heroic, not dark like the other two Eternatus themes which are anything but cheery.

Besides, somehow the least evil main antagonist of all the Pokemon games ended up getting the most ominous boss theme of all. Little kids did not restrain the soundtrack in any way.
