So prediction for reveals:

-Safe bet: KOS-MOS
-Would be suprised but love: Phoenix Wright, Dante
-If to happen and would never ask Sakurai for anything ever again: Crash and Sora

Other than a Smash reveal though, I would also hope some other Nintendo announcements would be: Bayonetta 3, BoTW 2, SMTV, and maybe Metroid Prime trilogy. That’s all I got, I’m pretty much tapped.

Tbf DMC4 didn't have a physical release on PS4/Xbox outside of Japan.

Agreed. Not impossible but a majority of the spike in the discussion about KOS-MOS stems from that one 4chan post. Yes, I know there were people who wanted her in prior, but let's not pretend there wasn't a gigantic surge.

Considering that the Fighters Pass is supposed to be complete by February 2020, the only real options for a major reveal of FP5 are The Game Awards or the typical January Direct.

No character has been announced and then released only one month later, I don't think (someone fact check me on that) so the safe bet actually is that FP5 gets announced tonight. Mid-to-late December simply isn't the time of year that companies want to announce stuff, and a January direct seems too late for a Feb. release.

Then there is precedent. A January direct is certainly possible.
