my thoughts on aa/ran

i posted sometime back (#775ish? not sure) that i suspected aa and ran as scummates together. I stand by that suspicion.

here, here, and here, aa claims his read on ran is null-/slightly/somewhat scummish. he's ok with a ran lynch, while swords is on the chopping block. But then swords dies, and suddenly in the post above this one aa says "I don't think Ran is scum."

Ran also stated just now that aa was null, despite my experience in this thread being that ran, when under investigation, tries to get people to look into other people. aa is being accused, why not look into aa? also dat namedrop a long time ago, remember kuz?

conclusion: scummates caught in the bad situation of both being very suspected, each one doing his bit to try to lessen the force on the other. That being said, as of this post i'm more interested in a ran lynch than an aa lynch. Ran posts more fluff and more near-wifom, i see negative contribution as opposed to aa's questionable/flawed contribution.

@aa: what changed your mind about ran, from scum to town?

Reread a little, I decided the recent confusion is kuz among others pressuring like hell, even though it was just that, confusion. Ran just couldn't find a definitive stance on any of the main suspects, sorta like me and was yelled at for not saying 'ok I think Fynal is scum' or something. Then there was something about X1 suddenly going 'you're asking about ICs to fake contribute, you must be scum'. I almost get the feeling X1's pride is hurt. A bit of fluff, but not enough to make me think 'scum'.

I've been very picky with taking stances, that's all. I don't really think anyone is scum at the moment, though Soren is sorta suspicious.

Meaningless posts (epic discussion? what?), complete inactivity from the beginning of Day 1 to the lynch (interesting way to dodge discussion, both lack of scumhunting/going under the radar, I don't recall a V/LA from him)

What has me confused is how he thinks he's pressuring X1 somehow by labelling him a 'manipulator' just because he made some bolded leader-ish posts. Perhaps he's just clueless as to how the game runs.

Waiting for him to respond to X1's request of stances.

Fynal is a stronger read then TBS though. TBS isn't as active though. Would like some thoughts from him.

As a new player, I like that Fynal has been active and stuffs. I just think he is scum.
