Because of this... I wasn't looking at the last page when I put my response up and I didn't notice that Hipster had voted him. Plus I don't want to go toDay without a lynch.

He hadn't / hasn't answered them all. If you noticed in my 408 I summarized all the points that I felt were the most important and he answered those, but I don't think that exempts him from answering the rest. I think he is just being really.... Suspicious.

1. He lashes out at me once I vote him. That feels scummy to me.

2. He blatantly refuses to answer any statements by Soup or I in his 393

3. He is very contradictory. We are lynching Rake for this I don't see why we shouldn't be looking at BarDulL for this.

Example:

I want you to elaborate on how you found me to be Town, and I also want full reads for the rest of the cast.

After telling off Vinyl for asking for reads.

4. He just ignores my 306. Never responds to it.... At all.

5. At least Hipster answers all questions. Even those not directed at her.

Four points against him. I would like to hear your case against Hipster, cause right now all I know is that you don't like her.

1. This is a natural reaction that a lot of people have when someone votes them.
2. A part of his personality.
3. That's not a contradiction. He stated that is ALL Vinyl was doing. He never said asking for reads was scummy.
4. This is the same point as number 2 so it's not a separate point.
5. This isn't a point against him either.

So right now you have 3 points against him. Number 3 is not a contradiction so I hope you can knock that one off. The first two points are reasonable, but the reasons I give above are why they aren't scummy to me.

@Hipster/anyone else who asked: My vote on you was as Bardull described. You had yet to be pressured or really looked at and I wanted to gauge how you would react. This is also the same reasoning for my vote on Jdietz. I had yet to really look at him. I suppose it's a habit of mine early game to vote who I am currently interested in. There is also another reason for why I voted you in particular, but it had nothing to do with you so don't worry. I will explain this in just a bit after I rally up some more information.

So I was up at 4am looking through the game. I have some points I want to point out against Rake, but I lost my train of thought after passing out. I'm going to do so in a separate post.

(and don't confuse having a Null on someone as having a stance. Null is an active declaration of "lack of stance" in the Town vs. Scum of a slot. It's better than not speaking at all, but it's not something to bring up to refute stance taking questions)

Alright noted : for the record my exact words on Soup were " My read on Soup is null " , which evolved into my current read of town.

WRT to Zen's 458: There is a difference between finding it useful for content and read purposes and me finding it scummy. It wasn't inconsistency it was my feelings, I felt it was scummy but useful end of story. Plus wrt to it not being helpful to town, besides the content it created it did nothing In my opinion.

For scum I like Hipster, this will seem OMGUS but i will explain nearing the bottom of this post.

Yes i did, because I had my own suspicions about Scum , specifically the idea of a Hipster / Shotty scum team. When i read this later i realized I had messed up my reasons for unvoting.

Plus if you read the first part I stated that my vote on Zen was also partially pressure related , the reason I unvoted was because three fold: One possibility of lynch. Two: Zen started posting. Three: Bardull's 402. I read this and realized the pressure side of my vote on Zen would be pointless because Zen had said he would address the questions towards him.

Rake, you really screwed up in #453 when responding to that first quote. As Zen pointed out, you have been incredibly inconsistent this game and I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't notice earlier. Strongly considering voting for you at this point unless you can somehow defend all of your mistakes.

I'm strongly looking at you if I survive the Day, mainly because you go from this to some later posts which I will highlight. It's amazing how it take's a simple slip up and suddenly your noticing all my "slip ups" especially considering you were in Zen's lynch pool as well. I think you switched early to appease Zen and ease him off your case. Plus you don't even bother to highlight these same mistakes, you simply buddy Zen's case and use it to justify your vote on me, this is pretty scummy to me.

How was it scummy? Rake's post was obviously scum since his defense for unvoting was so fake. I was going to wait to see Rake's comments on this, but you're right about time running out and I don't think there's much that Rake could say to change my opinion.

I don't buy this. As I just stated, I think you switched early so that it would appear you went and did scum hunting in regards to my slot after Zen called you out on having a lack of drive in his reasons he posted for his lynch pool as I recall it was post 436. What Zen states there is showing to be pretty true here.

Well after Badwulf`s vote I am technically now dead, claiming would be inherently pointless as my lynch will probably happen right after i get this done.

There's never any certainty in mafia, it's just my opinion that it's very, very unlikely that Rake could have changed my mind about voting him. I can't envision anything he could possibly say change my read, meaning "there's no way" it could happen.

I honestly won`t attempt to change your read then as your clearly locked into lynching me, as I said I think this is scummy considering how fine you were with regards to my posts before all of this happened. Only after everyone else started did you begin to notice my quote inconsistencies and it took Zen and JD pointing them out for you to notice them, the fact that your now buddying the lynch on me puts you as scum in my book. And the fact that at first you were okay with letting me respond , but then you decided to jump and vote on me, I say this is to appease Zen so that it appears like you`ve gone back and looked into my slot when in reality you are buddying their case.

I honestly mis-read my own post here. I meant that at that time I had Soup as a null role and that now it was leaning more to town. As i stated above my unvoting had good reasons. I won`t bother retyping them

Right here Hipster turns scum for me. Instead of actually allowing me to reply to the accusations against me she jumps onto my lynch. In addition she doesn`t even point out the inconsistencies that she says she previously missed, She simply buddies Zen`s statements about my posts and doesn`t even attempt to point out anything in addition to what Zen had stated. I will repeat this point because I think it`s important: Hipsters 180 from her 313 of town on me and her agreeing with my posts to her current belief in my scumminess. The only time she shows any intent to do anything about me or my slot is in her 423 where she says:

Once again she buddies someone else`s thoughts and uses them to appear like she may do something. If she had evidence against me then and her intentions were town she wouldn`t need to have someone else air there suspicions in order to go back and look over my stuff, in extension to that point if she was town she wouldn`t need other people to have something specific against me to post her problems with my posts and the she went straight from that, to wanting me to respond to things right to a vote on me, clearly she has side intentions , and I think her current and sudden move on me is more related to appease Zen and change his and other people`s suspicions about her slot.

That doesn't retroactively translate into "there's no way he could change my mind". Reaching for this is very bad, and a pretty easy scum tell. It could have been passable as your opinion until you tried to use what you already said to support it like that.

Right here JD provides another leg to the Hipster scum wagon, she is reaching on my lynch as I have said, and I doubt she would have started on my case if Zen hadn`t aired his suspicions about me. Lets assume Zen never posts his suspicions and Hipsters posts remain, she jumps right from `liking what i`m posting ` to having me down as scum once Zen has built a case against my slot. Her vote on me is waggoning and is more scummy than anything I have done thus far In my opinion
