Only few Japanese websites do that. If you encounter one find a Japanese proxy. They aren't hard to find.
Most Japanese websites have the mobile sign-up (Smash Community being notorious for that) to avoid foreigners from entering.

No, I know what Smash 4 is. But I was asking if they were gonna remake Smash64 for 3DS. If smash 4 was gonna be on 3DS, I'd **** the nearest white girl on the block. (not really though) lol

Actually there is going to be a 3DS version as well, Iwata even mentioned that both the Wii-U version and the 3DS would work in some way together.

Are you talking about THAT ninja cat? (-lwl-) I remember him from Starfy 2 and 3. He teached Starfy how to double jump.

Which is the problem. It's pretty much this:
1. Bowser Jr.
2. Toad
3. Petey

I wouldn't mind at all if Petey was playable because 1) He's a villain 2) He's huge 3) He could have a nice moveset no one else could have. He was even on the Brawl poll. He fits in well but is overshadowed by many others.

I do give Petey props for being so popular that he, or at least a form of him, has appeared in so many titles since his appearance. Size shouldn't be an issue either, as the Mario Baseball games and Double Dash solve that. Personally, I'd actually prefer him over Toad! xD
