I like Doopliss too, he's just such an entertaining character. XD

I really hope we see one of these characters grace a Smash Bros game, they're all very unique and could each offer up a unique playstyle. I hope we see Doopliss/Rawk Hawk in lieu of Paper Mario. Why go with the safe bet when you can get something genuinely entertaining?

My preference:
Rawk Hawk
Doopliss (Very close second)
Fawful
Dimentio
Sounds good. If Paper Mario is included he should have a second character from his series to compensate for two paper airplane icons. I'll be pissed if Sakurai includes a paper version of a character already in SSB4... like Paper Bowser. Or a partner as a separate character when, like I believe, should be apart of Paper Mario.

Actually I believe a sub-boss like Rawk Hawk can be included because the adventure mode in SSB4 can have a Paper Mario part and the antoganists of the SSB4 adventure mode can be Shadow Queen, Dimentio, and/or Fawful with some bosses to fight. Think of fighting X-Nauts as enemies and Lord Crump for a mid-boss! XD

I doubt Fawful will be included because the Mario & Luigi series doesn't fit in Smash I believe. At least Paper Mario is different, if not completely different from his counterpart. I can't even think of a moveset for Fawful that is completely unique to him.

Also I'll be adding Paper Mario's playstyle and some extra bits of information such as get-up attacks and his crouch.

the website is stupid what you talking about?
It's an okay website. But the users can't see the results.

Who wants paper mario to be in ssb? It might seem nice, but if you actually think about it, you would realized that he would be a clone.
I took that survey, and then when I clicked finish it said that "THIS IS PROBABLY NOT THE SITE YOU'RE LOOKING FOR!"

You know, when your web browser like yells at you. That happens a lot with Facebook...
Well I wouldn't necesseraly say that the Melee approach screen was bad, well I guess I say this Melee was basically the first Smash that I ended up playing in depth, it just brings back good memories.

What would be intesresting though is if we saw some kind of cutscene when a new character approaches for the first time when it comes to unlocking, I feel it should feel like a big epic battle that feels deserving to win rather than 'just' another battle, it definetly would make unlocking characters more fun and interesting to say the least.

I pick Dooplis because the game he was in didn't blow. I love Dimento's design, but that game bothered me >.>' Fawful comes in third, and I'm no fan of Rawk Hawk. He looks to pro wrestler.

Hmmm, 'sup guys. I've been thinking about the paper Mario bosses. Personally, i'd really like to see Mimi as a boss, just because she creeps me out. Basically the part i want you to see is from 0:30 to about 0:50. Oooh, that snap of the neck makes me want to cringe:
Mimi boss fight

Oh, and Dimentio was definitely my favourite bad guy... Until the end of the game. I lost my like for him at the end(not spoiling hehe).

So many things about Paper Mario is perfect for an adventure mode it makes me cry tears of joy. How Sakurai didn't think of him blows me away.

Paper Mario was interesting for me... It had a completely different feel from the mainstream Mario games. It was almost as if i were playing a completely different franchise, except with a few familiar characters.

Oh, and since SPM, no one can say Bowser and Peach aren't completely married:

Bowser is completely for it, unlike Peach... It's really quite hilarious.

I love climbing the huge tree in that world, really fun. The other thing i found funny was how if you gave Peach the wrong fruit in the overthere any sort of thing could happen.

Speaking of funny things in games:

I swear that's mario in the painting on the back wall.

Heheheeeee! Subliminal messaging? O.o o.O O.o o.O
And another one:

Look in the stands, you should see some very familiar Final Fantasy characters in there...

Sorry, for those of you who don't know, that pic comes from (one of the most amazing games ever) Secret of Evermore.

Lol nice. Well right now I'm almost finished with updating Paper Mario's playstyle in my metagame and finishing this image to make it easier for people to understand.

I wonder if they would use Paper Mario's 2D to 3D ability in some way. I think his Final Smash would be like a turn based RPG thing and you know how you have to time the jumps and all? I say the more you combo the jumps, the mire damage/knockback you will take.

No but it's a neat concept. But flipping from 2D to 3D doesn't make much sense in this game.

Also if you want to see the moveset click on the Paper Mario icon in my signature. I'm still adding stuff as you post.

I think TL was referring to Super Paper Mario, in that game P.Mario does a transition and such

Also is that game any good? I. Heard it wasn't as good as TTYD!

He was referring to that. Paper Mario isn't 3D.

The game is amazing. But it doesn't have a battle system like the other two, which is why the Paper Mario fanbase despise it. Luckily Intelligent Systems learned their leason and PM3DS goes back to being like the first two.

Yea, I actually can't wait for the 3DS version to come out soon, I've never played the original but I am sure planning to, I will probably finish TTYD before I move on.

Yeah. References from previous games are made in the Paper Mario series.

I thought Super Paper Mario was a good game although I understand people hating it for not being an RPG.

It was... Interesting. I actually quite liked it, it definitely had a really interesting vibe to it. One of my favourite tracks from it is definitely Count Bleck's Castle. From 0:46 to 1:02 just sends chills down my spine. It's so ominous and everyone around you are sacrificing themselves for you just for you to go on, and then there's the final maze. Ohhhh, love it!

I figured as much, I guess the hardcore RPG'ers didn't find it appealing, even though I'm an RPG'er myself I probably won't mind it's platformer elements, I tend to play those as well, just as long as it's a good game I am willing to accept it. ★*

Okay, so does Super Paper Mario not have good RPG elements at all? Is it mainly adventure type more than it's predessesor? ★*
It has RPG elements but isn't a RPG itself unlike the first two. You have HP, items to give you HP. It has a deep story (which is what many people like about it.) Sadly it's more of a platformer.
