...maybe you should just stop talking about that then because you are really wrong. Only characters that can kill under 100% are MK, Fox, Snake, Ike, Ganon (LOL), etc strong hitters. Take notice that they kill the kill early like that though (besides) MK with good DI (probably don't know what that is), SDI (know that one?), and Momentum canceling (don't know that one either too).

...In Melee the DI'ing system wasn't as easy as Brawl's...and everyone could get a kill below 150%, in high level play in Brawl 150% is the normal percent against average killing characters, and then characters like Peach they won't see a kill until 200% or something.

Go educate yourself about these things before you comment next time.

Directional influence.- holding the control stick in a direction

Smash directional influence- repeatedly pushing the c stick in a direction.

Using a move as soon as you come out of tumble animation to stop from flying off stage.
