We don't like cuts because every character is important to the franchise and should not be cut. NPC's are an except since they're less important.

Note that a character being upgraded to a nearly identical character... isn't a problem.

And I listed 3 new playable characters, last I checked with my main list. 5th Gen(Zoroark for example), 2nd and 3rd Gen. Since Pichu should never be a part of PT. That's just silly.

The only character I think has a bad chance of ever returning is Pichu, and that's it. Everybody else is fair game. Why Pichu? He's the only cut character that is not only completely cut, but never got some kind of an upgrade. Plusle & Minun(who may not even be IN the data) doesn't count, really. Due to that reason alone. They're not essentially the same character as is.
