Arggh, I hate to have to sleep overnight when it's just that most heated time for speculation with you guys... gotta hate being an European a bit.
Anyway, let's see what has been talked around here.
Well the may they make it seem is that Smash 3DS isn't Smash Wii U, and that it merely aids in the gameplay of the Wii U version, which is the true game. I think whatever the heck the Smash 3DS game is, it isn't going to be anything like what you guys fear. At least, that is what I am thinking.
And my hair is actually almost similar to Ghirahim's, my hair is almost platinum because it is so blond and it is about as long and swoops like his, it just doesn't go over my face. That'd be annoying as hell. I also wear glasses, which I think Ghirahim could rock quite nicely.
Gosh Holder, are you and Ghirahim like one same person but you both are just from different dimensions?
Kiddin'kiddin, but I'll add this up. (-^3l-) I bet you will look fabulous~
I don't like the idea of relying on luck to get new trophies. The Coin Launcher actually makes you have to work to get new trophies.
Well, I don't like Coin Launcher's very tedious and even if longtaking way of getting trophies. Out of 300 coins shot on stuff nowadays, I find only a 1 new trophy, or even none. This thing must be improved or bring the Roulette back. I'm glad Idol Toss worked like that.
Hmmm... Just had an idea. Since it will be difficult to have local four-player matches on the 3DS, then peoples' individual "built up" characters will probably be downloaded via street pass. So it's not like you're fighting the same CPUs over and over.
This is a good idea, it would keep the game fresh, and since EVERYONE'S gonna buy SSB3DS, I bet this opportunity won't go wasted.
Who would like to see Takamaru for Smash?
I've been taking an interest to him for a long time. A samurai would give a completely new way of play and Takamaru has a lot to use. Ninja stars, magic, and katana allows for a completely different style of swordplay. Plus Sakurai stated that Takamaru would probably get into Smash if he got a new game. Whenever or not Samurai Warriors 3 counts as a new game for him remains to be seen, but even it isn't, with him being a highly requested rep in Japan and the most requested one oversea (decently popular) along with having the potential for a great move set, I think Takamaru would be a good choice.
I don't think SW3 counts as new game... quest appearances /=/ new game.
But I'm all for Takamaru. I don't personally want him, but like Ridley, HE DESERVES A RETRO SPOT. I remember thinking for a play style for him too.
Wish we get that crazy enemy-killing lighting as his FS.
Were Monoeyes in the original? I only know that Komaytoes were.
Lol Poppy go out there and play Kid Icarus already. Monoeyes are as common as Koopas in Kid Icarus. They debut at the half part of the first stage. (-l3l-);
Let's compare the music from Melee with the music from Brawl, shall we?
Opening:
Melee and
Brawl
Menu:
Melee and
Brawl
Trophy Gallery:
Melee and
Brawl
All Star Rest Area:
Melee and
Brawl
Targets:
Melee and
Brawl
Brawl is much more repetitive. I didn't even include the MANY songs in Subspace...
Not that I don't like the song... I just can't stand it anymore, because I heard it too ****in' much.
I have to so agree. They almost pulled this in Uprising by stuffing Underworld-theme in almost every corner of music (especially in the beginning chapters... and why THERE WAS NO 3RD WORLD/SKYWORLD THEME IN UPRISING IS BEYOND ME.)
But back to SSBB's repetitive main theme use, they had so many good composers, why they couldn't ask them to come up with original compositions /*ahem Uprising's soundtrack ahem*/
Geez guys, why are you taking this site so seriously? This site's one man's
MEANINGLESS OPINION on SSB4 and what he wishes to see as playables and whatnot.
It's like I made my wishlist roster and made it a site.
/Besides, WTFalco is more likelier than Fox and Diddy Kong's not even warranted much to return, I tell ya, one total biased BS./

Speaking of Pit, I think he should get a moveset that involves the new weapons. Claws, Arms, Clubs, the whole nine yards. :B
NO. I'M AGAINST THIS IDEA.
Okay, don't get me wrong, I'm all for Pit getting some representation from his game... but...
I'm quite scared that Pit won't really feel like Brawl/Original Kid Icarus-like anymore if he gets a total overhaul. I mean, I was quite suprised how well they transitioned his core moves like arrow controls, Angel Feather (which was translated as Wings of Pegasus) and Mirror Shield to some extent. He was made accessible with the KI-players in mind.
If he became all Uprising-like with many weapons and would be very different from his Brawl-counterpart (use of a Bow has been severely reduced in favor of other weapons), that's like kicking first two KI-games out of continuity of the series, because Pit won't have anything left from those games.
Pit's trademark weapon is a bow, that's what defined his combat skills back before Uprising was made. It would be quite OOC if he would never use a bow mainly in SSB4. That's like Samus never using her arm cannon. Or Mario using his jumping skills.
I bet he'd stay corely same as in Brawl, using Palutena Bow and Three Sacred Treasures in his specials again. But some of his standards (preferably aerials and Up or Down Smash) would be him using the weapons from Uprising. This would thus be very comprehensive summary of Pit's arsenal throughout his series. Smash Bros doesn't really change the characters' moves very radically, after all.
I have nothing to say on DLC idea... but what I know is that
Nintendo won't market up incomplete games and then add in DLC in order to complete it.
