Well he'll be banned soon so I wouldn't worry. I have never seen such a blatant and ignorant troll. He must be like 13-14, I mean, his icon is a Scorpion recolor. Regardless with the melee elitists and rampant trolling this thread is probably about to degenerate and collapse soon.

I still find it weird that people want Paper Mario, despite the fact that Mario is already in the roster.

If people want him so badly, he needs to be classified as a Paper Mario franchise character.

Similar apperances shouldn't matter, unless the character has a similar moveset.

Of course he could be considered his own franchise, he doesn't have to be part of the Mario Franchise.

As to why people want him is simply the fact that he's been getting popular, has had recent games with one coming up on the 3DS, and most importantly is unique.

Of course I also wouldn't mind Bowser Jr/Shadow Mario he for some reason Sakurai excluded him.

Yeah, the quality of this thread is going downhill fast. It will only get worse from here on out until SSB4 release so we will have to prepare for at least two more years of this stuff.

The reason why we want him in is because he would make a very unique characters and would play significantly different from Mario. He's the only variation of a character likely to not have the team get lazy and clone him.

That's why it would make me so mad. I'm in the camp that believes Ganondorf should either be cut or have his moveset completely redone. It's an embarassment to the king of evil to be portrayed as an inept fistfighter with the agility of an old man.

Meh, this doesn't really affect me much. I just knew this would happen, so unless things get beyond the mod's control, I'll be sticking around until release date or later. If I can handle GameFAQs, I can surely handle this.
