Totally. Likewise, it keeps the 1st Party without giving another one. If we want to make it better, make the Pokemon Trainer in Leaf's design. This way, we still get a new PT, a returning 1st Gen in Charizard, new rep for 2nd and 3rd, and can even return Lucario and a 5th Gen rep. If you want a 6th, Mewtwo would work beautifully.

Regardless of which combination of Pokemon you choose(does it honestly matter?), we get some nice rep, unique characters, and so on.

Dixid, and YL had collectve votes, so I think that would be why they were so high on the list. People had the option to choose between Dixie, and then Dixie in two pairings, so she was chosen a lot, and Young Link had the option for MM link. So people just sort of chose the second optio because it was there. Which is why Im not doing any second types of the same character, or team ups besides like, Plusle and Minun, and IC's.

Plusle and Minun... PRAMAI? Only thing I could guess, and then Pichu is just popular.

Leaf is actually "Green" from the 1st Gen itself. Blue is what became Gary. And Red is what become Ash.

Anyway, if not Leaf, any of the female trainers from Gens 1, 2, 3, or 4. Heck, I wouldn't even mind 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Gen as Pokemon Trainer. Jigglypuff and Pikachu stays, with a 5th Gen.

Of course, this all depends how many slots get into Brawl. 5, 6? Who knows. If they keep it from Melee/Brawl, I'd go with my second version. Gives everything a rep.

I know i'm not Chronobound, but maaaaaaan, DBZ goes on FOREVER. It's great to watch but i've developed a formula for it.

Charging up an attack: 1 episode
Battling: 3-5 episodes
Charging up a powerful attack: 3-5 episodes
Peace: never lasts
Goku's resolution: Pfft!

He doesn't "fight" in that form no, but when you approach a monster it gives you a choice of biting it, letting the poison change it into a block, or "whipping it away" which just means you 1 hit kill the monster. You also whip enemies away in Human form if you have high enough stats against that enemy, so technically it is fighting them the same way as Human form, it just does enough damage to 1hko them gives you an additional option. Its nothing that would prevent it from fighting in smash. The lack of arms and legs wouldnt either technically. There is plenty of attack variety in biting, lunging, striking and tail whipping.

I don't think Charizard will get very far without the Pokemon Trainer.

It wouldn't be that hard to make him a separate character. Just give him a Down B, a Final Smash, three new taunts, and with possible new moves and he could work as a separate character (after balancing of course). Not that it's realistic or that I'm against Red, just that I'm implying it could work.

Because Anime music is not the same in America and Japan. Although I think the UK uses the sae...

Game music is the same for all regions. I'm guessing it's a matter of trying to keep all regions as close as possible.

Let's not forget that the Anime is the reason Jigglypuff got in in the first place. Likewise, Japanese popularity.

Doubt it, content is one thing, but i dont think we'll be seeing characters from it. I mean, they didn't even call Pokemon Trainer Ash OR Red, even though it was based on the two. If we were to get Team Rocket members they would just be called Grunts or something.

I'm pretty sure that in FireRed and LeafGreen, you can go in to the pokemon center in pewter city and hear the Wigglytuff in the corner sing like Wigglytuff/Jigglypuff does in the original anime.

oh wow, I've had this avatar for months now and i never realised that Claus' hair-style was completely different to that of Lucas' hair style. So much is wrong with DBZ. So much. Everything goes downhill after the Frieza saga.

Voices is one thing, but Ash is another. Anyways, it's not happening since, ya know... Brawl was the prime time to do it. But yeah, the voices are from the Anime, this is true. But it sounds much better than their grainy growls.
