Funny u mention that. That's another reason why I made an entirely new Metal Gear. It doesn't need to be manned. It gets missions programed into it, then it follows suit. If I had Ocelot manning it, I'd puke first T_T

I feel exactly the same. Like, Wind Waker and Twilight Princess were good and all, but they felt too linear and way too easy, especially the latter half of Wind Waker and the entirety of Twilight Princess. I really hope Skyward Sword does the series justice, but it does seem to be even more heavily story-driven than all other installments, so we'll have to wait and see.

Sorry to drown your hopes, but some of the story is meant to play out like a high school drama. Ugh.

And I agree. I hate how damn linear it's gotten. I'll give The Minish Cap a special exception. Those temples were beyond awesome. I admit the temples are EXCELLENT in those games, but the story is not. TP did manage to try and make the characters interesting, not as good as WW though. Anyway, as long as they stop trying to copy off of ALttP's style, I'm good.

The manga gets slowly gets better and better with each story arc.

Ex. Right now in the Black and White arc, White's starter Pokemon betrays her and joins N. Then it shoves her of the side of a building to fall to her death.

"You got spooned!" I just know Oasis will find a way to make a joke about that.

For Adventure mode, I'd prefer something similar to Melee, but instead of having one long(ish) course, have multiple areas, each one based on a differing universe, each with its own boss (and some have an extra miniboss)

You can pick any stage from the menu, but clearing the given ones unlock more.

Perfect. The character has more moves than people thing with his new combo uppercut and kicking bombs. I'd love to see Rhythm Heaven in Smash. Like to see a character, but a stage and music is good enough.

No need to apologize. It was only one person who extrapolated a quote out of context and tried using it to debate Slime. Personally I have come to the point where I am sick of talking about him. Most objections to him do not take into consideration the unique factor he possesses and instead rely on opinion touted as fact. I could respect someone who simply says they do not like the character, but for the others trying to spout "facts" I do not.

Victini's Quest

-It shows Liberty Tower, in Liberty Island.
-It then shows the inside of it, the camera walking through the path that leads to a room.
-It then shows Victini's face, closed eyes, but after a tiny bit, they slowly open, in an agressive way.
-The camera then unscrolls from him, to show his entire body. The screen lightens up and Victini looks up, then flies out of the tower's ceiling window.
-He looks towards the north, and speed-flies down that way.
-The player is escorted to a map that has many different areas. Each contain the characters that are part of the same series. For example, Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Bowser are in one area, while Link and gang are in another. The Player choses where to start the fight, then when done with the brawl in one spot, he/she choses a different place. Each land contains 1 path to getting to the brawlers. Depending on the area, there will be different enemies., and the areas contain only one field.
-Victini defeats 5 or more characters without fainting once
-He's seen in the sky, and both of his hands are thrown up, and he cries, "Tini-Victini!" with both hands with the V sign, then he flies off.
-Victini defeats 10 without fainting.
-He flies in front of the screen, looking like he's looking at the player, wave's "hi" then flies away.
-Victini defeats 30 without fainting.
-His forehead turns ablazed, and he spins once, and then the fire on his head explodes, then he flies off.
-He beats all the characters without fainting.
-He goes to the screen, and headbutts it, leaving a red V on the screen, while the background turns black. Victini then comes to the middle of the V and waves hi to everyone as confetti and the music "Pokemon B&W credits them" plays, while the credits play.
-Credits..?

Normal or harder

After beating everyone, Victini will see a glow in the distance, and Kyurem will appear, ready for combat. Victini accepts the challenge and strikes the wicked beast.
-BOSS BATTLE ULTRA! VS KYUREM!
-Once defeated, Kyurem's body will freeze all the way, and then Victini will save Kyurem's life by expelling heat onto him.
-Kyurem thanks Victini, and leaves him a trophy present.
-Victini takes it, and flies to an orange V and the background Blue and he does the same thing as before, he waves hi while confetti rains on him, while the trophy sits next to him, and the music, "Pokemon B&W Legendary Theme" will play.
-The trophy you get is ultra rare and beating this adventure mode is the only way to get it. It's the 3DS with all the characters from SSB4 on the top and bottom screen. It's the 3DS and Super Smash Bros 3DS!

Slime, well DQ has it's good points, and it's bad points. At the end of the day though, if Square was to get a character, we have NO clear cut winner like Megaman. The difference in fan demand between Megaman, Ryu, and Jill IS HUGE. The difference between Slime, Chocobo, Sora, Black Mage, and Cloud isn't.

What it is is there are a few trolls who come into every discussion and start espousing their list of reasons why Rocket cannot be playable. The level headed people that do not care for a Dragon Quest character can at least concede that many of the perceived issues are not as bad as perpetuated. On the flipside there is a really rabid Slime fanboy who comes into every thread and comes from the opposite extreme. I got into it with him as well for claiming Slime was more popular than Solid Snake. So I am getting attacked by both anti and pro Slime supporters all because I actually try and approach things logically and not based upon my emotional whims. I don't care, believe it or not I am content with just about any Square Enix series that could potentially be in Smash Bros. Even though I seriously doubt Sakurai is going to go through the trouble of adding such characters again. By that I mean third party characters.

Those people definetly have faulty points, either are being biased towards the series and character in question or are just plain ignorant and stubborn, I really don't know how you and ChronoBound can handle that place on a daily basis, so much illogic happening over there obviously. :/
