Victini
This is Victini, #000 in the Unova Pokedex. #494 on National.
Let's start with the moveset.
Weight Class: Lightweight
Speed (Run): Fast
Jump (special): He has 4 jumps plus his (B)^.
(A) Combo:
He Punches, then punches again with other hand, then headbutts.
(A) Normal:
(A)>: Victini will thrust his head foward for a stabbing headbutt. This move is quick, as well.
(A)^: He brings his hands up, then waves his hands down to his sides, making a Fire rainbow, so to speak. A little slow at first, when he raises his hands, then quick for the wave.
(A)v: His hand spits some fire at the ground, making tripping easy. Great recovery.
(A) Aerial:
(A)>: He pencil spins foward with a flaming V for his forehead.
(A)^: He does a triple backflip, having himself form into a fireball.
(A)v: He makes a fire bomb and blows it up under him. If an opponent is hit by it, they go straight down, via Meteor Smash.
(A)<: He kicks behind him, but the kick launches opponents upwards.
(A) Smash:
(A)^: His forehead starts to flame up, then he lets the flame out of his forehead do the damage. If an opponent is close to Victini when this move is executed, it does more damage and knockback.
(A)v: He brings his hands up, then he hand stands for a second, while he shoots arrow flames going upwards.
(A)>: He starts to levitate, then he flies in a circle and headbutts. This rounds all sides. If it misses, it can be a counter-grabber for the opponent to take.
Taunts:
^: He holds his fingers into two V’s and brings them to the sky!
>: He laughs, while spinning three times, while his V-shaped forehead is on fire.
V: He starts jumping up and down, and yells excitingly.
(B) Moveset:
(B): Searing Shot:
Victini draws in energy throughout the battle. When you press (B), he’ll let loose all of the energy. Here’s a small chart:
0%= Level 1, 50%=Level 2, 100%=Level Three, 150%= Final Level
If Final Level is used, it is a one hit KO. Searing shot can only work after 2 minutes, due to it’s awesome power. 100% can also be considered a OHKO, due to Kirby and Jiggs.
(B)>: Zen Headbutt:
This move works in three different ways. One is the ground. He’ll dart forward, about 2 character Spaces, to do knockback damage. Perfect for edge guarding, now that I think about it (can use it off cliff and can still take on action). Another is the sky. He’ll dart straight down, doing countering wind push at both sides of him when he lands. However, this move works differently in another way. If the opponent is close, Victini will throw them up and Zen Headbutt them, which is like Force Palm via Lucario.
(B)^: Fusion Bolt:
Victini will turn into an electric ball, then hurl himself wherever the controller anolog stick is pressing point. If you do not, it’ll make a barrier for a limited amount of time, then release. This move is Victini’s event move, if anyone was wondering.
(B)v: Fusion Flare:
Victini’s body flares up, then releases a massive inferno. If you press the anolog stick (with opponent in contact, >,v, and <, Victini will perform a Flare Combo. If you press ^, <, and v, you’ll perform a Heat Combo. A flare combo will entrap an opponent in fire, doing damage for a little bit, like the Lip Flower. The Heat combo can send opponents away, however, they can escape the final blow. An effective way to get someone in this combo is blocking them to a wall and breaking their shields, for rolling will be useless. This move is also an event move.
FS: V-Create
Victini’s head becomes a sharp, Needle-Fire like weapon, and he’ll dart across where he’s standing. Anyone hit will receive a OHKO
Stage: Liberty Island
Liberty Island is Victini’s home, while it’s also a tourist attraction. This place was ransacked by Team Plasma, but the Hero saved the island and caught Victini to save him from Team Plasma. The place afterwards became a little quieter. Perhaps Victini was the attraction? Well, obviously.
Stage Size (Sizing from Custom Stage Making): Medium
Music:
VS Legendary Pokemon B&W!
VS Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem B&W!
VS Team Plasma B&W!
VS N-Final B&W!
