I just found out that if If you Drill Rush a platform from below on Skyworld, and hold the control stick up, you basically bore through the stage and end up on top of the platform without it breaking.

Another A discovery I might have made is that when Castle Siege changes, if the opponent is particularly low, if you Drill Rush straight to the side at exactly the right time, just as it begins to change, the "floor" for the change is designated as being the height where the Drill Rush happened, so the opponent might fall to their death while the "floor" is unusually high on the screen.

This sounds like a great find i'll test it out.

Wow, the Castle Siege one sounds really amazing, I need to go test it out. If that works consistently I can see Castle Siege getting banned while MK is still legal.

It seems like it won't get Castle Siege banned, because they really have to be low off the ledge when the change is happening. Also, it happened during the first change, and I was on the right platform. It was against a lvl 9 peach, and the direction the DR was in was left but I can't see either of those things mattering....

For the record, I haven't replicated it once, but I saved the replay obviously. I didn't try that long to replicate it though, because there are so many other things I should practice to make my MK better first.

Any chance you could post the replay? I'm having trouble understanding how this works...

I've seen the Castle Siege thing you're talking about. I wasn't playing any MKs, it was a FFA with my friends and I'm not exactly sure what triggered it but I fell to my death because of it.

The one on Skyworld was found by Wobbles a long time ago.

The one for Castle Siege sounds too situational, but it's always worth looking into free kills, obv.

already been known, sorry. it IS pretty interesting though
Why do people always have to point out that this and that is already known? I swear its in like every thread where someone finds a useful trick or AT, someone always mentions it. Its good that people share theses thoughts because not everybody knows, and somethings are known but aren't thought of too much, and we can improve on these strategies overtime.

Some people are massaging their e-peen and some people are just passing along information. It's the former that bothers me.
