new "metagame" video

i feel as though that even since gimpy's video the metagame has improved A LOT

im thinking we need a new one, make it happen

and also maybe 1 per year? like jan 1st release of all clips from the previous year?

i mean we most likely could go as of this or maybe even last couple of years, but it would be hard to make them for like 01,02 etc

but i think we should at least make a new one, if not 1 per year from now on (maybe last 2 also)

I think fitting in every character would be a bit unreasonable. I think for a lot of the lower tiers, their most impressive combos are going to be the stuff we've already seen in Gimpy's video, as their metagames have not developed that much (Exception: VMan's Yoshi).

However, if we lift the restriction that we need to fit in every character, I think this would be a cool idea. Maybe make a combo video with the most **** moments of the year, or anything particularly new and interesting.

yeah, i didnt really think about the characters like no one uses, i guess only characters whos metagame actually change should be featured in the anual metagame video.

well, I actually didnt plan on fitting in every character, one or two combo's that are amazing from the low tiers, and more from the more developed characters.

I'm working on a whole host of videos. Will be releasing about 12-20 deep videos later this year. I have days upon days upon days of back-to-back footage I've been getting caught up on between my masters degree, girlfriend, and actual life, but I think people who have enjoyed my past videos will thoroughly enjoy the upcoming ones, if not be stunned.

Edit: and as always, my videos will feature never-before-seen footage.

This would be a good idea, although I don't think that many characters changed since 2009 besides Puff, Mario, Pikachu, Yoshi, and maybe a few others, but you could still do a good metagame vid. Were gonna have to first find some good vids that shows all of the characters metagames.

Low tiers would be awesome, but speaking for my videos, such clips will probably only account for 5-10% of the videos unfortunately, just the way things work out.
