Hello, I have (finally!!) bought a Wii, and I now have Brawl. I used to be a Lucario main, but I have seen the light and I now main Oli. I have been reading the threads and learning as much as possible. But...it's all useless to me until I can hook up my Wii and get online.

Point is, Hello, I am here, I am Olimar. Hope to Brawl you in the future.

To be honest Fino, your guide has taught me quite a bit. Like I said, I am very new to the hardcore scene with Olimar and all the little bits of info are helping my game.

I never even TRIED his Dtilt before (a habit I need to break, iit's like when I Brawl down doesn't exist XD). I dont know if you have mentioned it from memory, but did you know on the Dtilt his antenna can add an extra couple% if you are the right distance away after the main attack? It's only happened to me once so far.

welcome to the oli boards, here you will realize blue gloves > all, and that they also = toon link. it's ok to be confused at first, you will get used to it. i also suggest looking up the SGC (Shy Guy Canceling) technique, it's by far the best olimar/overall technique created. just search youtube or look in the guide

im also new 2 tha boards! But I am not new 2 tha brawl scene, or smash in general my name is kaleoaloha my only question is how 2 fight peach? I just have no clue everytime she does her little floaty animation I get ***** with dair I tried two use fair but just get owned any suggestions? Fino???? Dangr???? Yall here my cry lol : }

Try...

• nair out of shield
• spaced yellow fairs
• throwing purples
• sometimes pivotgrabbing
• sometimes (rarely should be done) shielding all of the dair, followup aerial (usually nair), and the jab. Use mixups!
• or otherwise running away lol.

it's hard if you don't know what to do, and still a bit frustrating when you do learn. <_<
