There are no videos of Charizard gameplay because everybody else sucks with Charizard. All everybody else does is rocksmash and flamethrower, he does have other moves. All PT mains only focus most of their attention on Squirtle, so Charizard gets ignored.
Nair ***** dodges, people trying to airdodge into the ground, and people on platforms. Fair and bair when spaced properly are the s*** (hit with the top of Charizard's wings for fair, bair sweetspot is obviously the fire on his tail). Uair juggles nicely, but unlike B+ Charizard it's landlag sucks so only use it out of a fh, take advantage of it's long lasting hitbox (it's just like IC's uair). Dair is a **** spike, easily one of the best spikes. Dair also is like a weaker version of Ganon's dair, meaning it has high knockback growth, so it spikes deadlier at higher percents and can kill a grounded foe at around 140%+.
Charizard's tilts all have amazing range and power. Utilt has good followup potential (it's slightly too slow to true combo into itself, but you can aerial a potential AD or just utilt to counter a possible aerial counter attempt) and becomes a kill move at 150%+. Ftilt and dtilt are amazing kill moves tippered. Both do essentially the same thing except dtilt is slightly faster, has slightly less horizontal range, and hits a bit lower than ftilt. Both suck when they're sourspotted though, but luckily it's easy to tipper with them.
Usmash is amazing. Usmash has amazing range and has transedent priority (the same priority as MK's attacks or Ness' fair/dash attack). It's also extremely useful out of shield, hits above platforms, and kills nicely even when staled a bit.
Fsmash is alright. Fsmash is obviously deadly, but the thing I like most is it's animation. Like Bowser's fsmash, Charizard backs up first then charges forward. This means if you lnow somebody is attempting to approach with perfect spacing of a move, they'll miss because Charizard moves back and they'll eat a fsmash. Fsmash becomes 1000x more viable if you master stutter stepping and pivot fsmashing.
Dsmash sucks, only somewhat useful if you expect a roll. Don't use it.
There's a Charizard 101 for everyone. I had so much fun playing Charizard today, somebody had a Wii that allowed me to play as solo Charizard (down b disabled, no switch on death) without fatigue, so I was ******.
