I agree that just 4 normal frames of landlag on Needles in Melee was quite ridiculous. However, I don't think it needs 30 frames of landlag either, considering the reduction and inconsistency of their knockback.
Kinda like how I feel about Sheik's forward air, which I believe can stand to be just a touch stronger than 9 damage.
