It's hard armor, not super armor. Super armor is like Olimar's whistle or Wario's Fsmash, hard armor is like Snake's cypher. Gotta hit him with an attack that does a certain amount of damage (I believe it's 7%) to hit him.

Distance in brawl is measured stupidly; the game thinks you've landed before you actually do. That's why Bowser can claw hop, among other things. So the timing is much easier in b- than it would be in melee.

is it as easy to do l cancels and wavedash with b- fox, as it will be in project M? cause i'd definitely play that. btw, does anyone have the new chars that have been released for B+? like naruto and etc.

No, they're trying to fix the distance thing (it affects a lot of stuff, including techs).

They're not new chars, they're just projects that are terribly balanced and have bad character like Naruto (seriously? Naruto is just stupid). Go to Smash Workshop > Custom Content (I think) to see them.
