has maria played brawl before? i mean with our brawl scene peeps? im sure she would still prefer melee over brawl, but i dont think she would hate.

B+ is like a cross between melee and brawl. It's much easier and has slightly less options than melee, but it's still way better than brawl. And funner.
B- is hilarious, I'm advertising that now.

@Keith: See, I wouldn't mind Brawl if games took any reasonable amount of time. Even when I'm playing Brawl for seriouslies, I glance at the clock and see 3:00 left and I still have two stocks, I cry inside.
edit - basically if Brawl's hit stun wasn't interruptible, it would be fine.

See that is what I think. I mean, B+ just sounds fun. I wouldn't invest the same amount of time into B+ that I do melee but I would certainly like to try it out and if I liked it I would play it.

Brawl is just dumb. and slow.

I would play B- because that is very clever.

If I win, I'll record the match, upload it to youtube, and say stfu scrub whenever any argument about brawl comes up.
But yeah, we'd have to keep talking about it.

i dont argue about brawl any more. thats like so last season. but i guess u missed the post where i said i would just ignore ignorance rather than get trolled by it.

I don't know why anyone is using the "But _____ came first" argument for games. If we're doing that, eventually someone will bring up the Atari and it's gg from there.

That being said, I decided at HERB that I will main Peach in Brawl. I'm determined to actually integrate the stupid amount of generally ignored tech that she has into my playstyle. This will be... a slightly difficult task since I no longer have any means by which to practice Brawl by myself lol.

I still have my cube though. so I guess I'll practice Brawl by playing Melee :\

When he said nothing negative about melee and all these guys just hate brawl.

Also, brawl is a bad game,

brawl+ might be worse.

Well I used the argument to imply that I played melee first, then tried brawl, and that is why I didn't like it.

I would assume that is why most other melee players seem to find it distasteful.
However, I am sure that someone who has never taken the time to learn melee and picks up brawl would find it to be a perfectly good game.

When it comes down to it, I suppose it has to do with personal tastes.

I don't understand why you quoted me. Because I still haven't actually bashed brawl; just said I didn't like it in comparison to other games.

Brawl plus has gotten to the point where I enjoy playing it for fun. It's getting as gay as Brawl when it comes to serious competitive play.
