There's only slightly 1GB of unused space on the disk...not like most wii games.

And I was really refering to how much you could put on a brawl disc, not that you can't inject characters because there's not enough space.

Pretty sure the problem is people have no idea how to put characters in the game without replacing them over a costume or alloy. Beyond that it escapes me.

lee 35 is perfect. i dont get whats funny about it. like i wish all tourneys had the ledge grab at 35. do u know how hard it is to **** that up? un less ur intentionally planking.

edit: plur the only people i know that say bad things about grab release are melee people. or **** who suck at the game and need a john

John's don't help you get better because you're blaming something for why you lost instead of trying to ***** the problem.

Why do people view grab release stuff as so gay? It's the same as having a guaranteed follow up out of a dthrow or something. :/
One progresses the game, one stalls it.

Oh, I know 35 is perfect and the only way to reach it is if you plank, but I feel like planking should be a viable strategy in a game that already has so many cheesy strategies.

I don't really like grab releases either, but I don't john about it because it's just the way the animation is framed - it's not some glitch in the game or something stupid like tripping. People just take advantage of the crazy amounts of frames (go DK).
Speaking of which, do offstage throws still restore your second jump in brawl? I'd say yes, but I really have no idea, as people just let me go after they grab me offstage.

No, you don't get your jump back in brawl after a grab. Unless you're being grabbed on the stage and your feet are touching the ground.

They put it back in in b+, though. They forgot to give you your jump back after ganon/falcon upb, though, so those moves can be really good at edgeguarding now.

I'm not sure :p I just know that there is a ton of unused space on the disk, so thats not the problem hah
by the time the binary for brawl is compiled and written onto a disk, the variable references have been replaced by registry and memory location references.

This means that everything is hard-coded and referenced by its location rather than its name, which means that if you add a bit near the beginning, everything is one bit offset and the whole game crashes. So any alterations made must perfectly overwrite bits that already exist, without adding or subtracting anything.

yes, but I don't play brawl, so I probably won't see you there.

You should make the power ranking thread now with the old ones as its place holder so we can see how much we have moved up.

Who is on the PR panel anyways? Stingers and Foxy?

My location says Cary, NC. Dwelling of Jon and Shady.

Me and Foxy never see each other anymore since he doesn't live on campus anymore.

yea lol wtf karn on the panel? does he even want to be up there?

the rankings are going to be kinda diffiuclt there's because of how random some of us place in each tourney. i think the rankings should be:

1.stingz ( i know shady has one more tourneys this ranking, but stingz made it out of pools at pound, and he won at stongerton. coming back from losers to beat foxy)
2.shady ( one the past two biw weeklys)
3.Foxy ( won smash stacks 3. and got third at smash stacks ... 4??)
4.rag ( got second at last tourney and fifth at the one prior)
5.duo ( got second at smash stacks 3. and fifth at the prior stacks)
6.jon ( 3rd at the last stacks, and fifth at the one prior
7.Villain (only went to one tourney this ranking period and got 4th. but i 2-0d killer sauce, devin, and fritz.
8.killer sos ( i know he said he dosent play anymore but he got fifth at the two previous ncsu tourneys, that's pretty good)
9. Mits
10. stock??? he did beat sauce and got like seventh at that one nc weekly

honeable mentions
Paii( he beat ilove. and mits right?), Ilove, Flamingo, my ****.

ally went to all the new jersey tourneys last year. but he wasn't ever ranked. Devin is phenomenal and everyone knows that, but unless we mold the to Carolina as one pr; i dont see SC gettin on NC poweranks. and if we do mold the Carolina, we will have to do it with melee aswell. it would be dumb to have only one game under the prs.
