okay guys. I have an idea.

what if I hosted a smashfest, where I cooked for you all? people could register for meals and pay a small price, and I could cook in mass so that I wouldn't lose any money from it. it'd be a win-win; I'd get practice, and you'd get to eat good food for cheap.

I make a lot of pasta dishes, and seafood dishes. I can do a lot more, that's just what I do most often. I'm not a good baker. I feel like baking gives you no room to play with, so I generally stay away from it.

Seriously, though.. I haven't tried many pastas, but I'm not a fan of spaghetti, and lasagna. Only one that I kind of enjoy is Fettucuni (sp) ?

but it's not like spaghetti since the noddles are like cylinders or I guess maybe just a lot bigger with holes through the middle

you ask such broad questions.

I use a lot of shrimp and a lot of scallops. I tend to stay away from fish, not because I don't like working with it, but because it's hard to come up with ideas for it. I want to do more with lobster, but it's rather expensive and I'm worried about screwing up good lobster.
