the first hour of it is pretty boring because you don't have many encounters with monsters.
I'll be doing again next week most likely.

Streams were awesome back in '08 for me

Now with the terrible advertisements, it detracted from the enjoyment.

I did at one point, though, just watch streams for the hell of it.

I'd watch if I knew wtf happened in that game.
Casters like Husky are actually really good casters to watch, because they'll really give you a good grounding in understanding what's going on in the game, and I think that was Husky casting those sets. You can learn a lot about basic unit match-ups, strategies and gimmicks just from watching Husky, but he'll also have some more advanced commentary if you've already learned all that stuff and want a little bit more depth.

Yeah, Husky is probs my favorite caster b/c I don't know too much about the game. I think he's a really valuable asset to the community, because his efforts really help people unfamiliar with the game get into it. I hear lots of people that play the game more don't like his casts, though, and it's annoying seeing some of the hate he gets. I also like Day9 and DJWheat as casters, too.

Yeah I've heard Husky is beast when it comes to commentary. If it's still going on I may just check it out soon.
I try to do the same thing husky does with his commentary with my own melee commentary, you have to market it to the laymen

and SC2 is one of the most entertaining games to watch ever.
