Indeed I did, and indeed it was.

Dude knows a lot about the industry, it was pretty awesome to talk to him. What was more awesome were the rum and cokes he kept purchasing for me.

I went there for a story, and ended with...well a buzz, a story and tons of information about the business. He also told me a bunch of places to apply for (mostly people he put into the job they have today) along with permission to use him as a reference.



Moral of the story:

You meet the most awesome people when doing Journalism. He also kept pointing me towards women who he wanted me to "talk to." That was interesting.
